How to transfer attachments from one layer to another?

Good Afternoon - I have a layer with jpeg attachments that I would like to transfer to another layer using ArcGIS desktop. The photos were attached to the layer using the phone application Collector. I tried using the load data function but no result.

Does your Collector layer and Desktop layer have the same features? If so, this blog post may help: http://communityhub.esriuk.com/geoxchange/2016/6/28/cwvhyhkyk2wpwgd091j4rzcpmpu2rr. I explain how to join features collected in Collector back to a feature class stored locally - you might be able to follow the workflow in relation to attachments alone. (Have a go with test layers first!)
