Hi there

I just created a 60 days trial account (Organization) so that I could test Drone2Map.

I checkhed the "go offline" choice and followed the wizard, but after that I'm only getting the following alert/failure:

I cannot recall the license on my own "online organization" account as i says "a problem with the user accured" ...but the user is the Admin of the site???

I tried to uninstall and reinstall Drone2Map but no result with that.

How do I fix this problem??

We are releasing an update to Drone2Map next week that will resolve the offline workflow issues in the 1.0 release.

Thanks

Tony

Hi,

I have an similar error here. I have an account associated with a 60 days trial licence and enabled offline usage in drone2map. For some reason, the application crashed. Now, I cannot login anymore. Error message is "User Offline - The account cannot be used to authorize Drone2Map as it has been configured to be used offline elsewhere."

Well, I have only installed the software on one system, so "elsewhere" seems wrong. Any suggestions what to do?

I cannot revoke my licence using the ArcGIS Online organisational account. When I try to revoke all Drone2Map Licences, a error message occoured "Beim Widerrufen der Lizenz für René Berger ist ein Fehler aufgetreten." (engl. Error while revoking the licence for René Berger")

Thanks

René

René,

Thank you for your post, and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We have identified this as a known issue in Drone2Map 1.0 and have resolved it in Drone2Map 1.0.1. Please log a support ticket by visiting Esri Support Home and they will be able to reset your license for you.

After your license has been reset please download and install Drone2Map version 1.0.1 from Drone2Map | ArcGIS . We have made quite a few enhancements and bug fixes, including the bug causing users to get locked out when taking Drone2Map offline.

Thanks,

Tony Mason

Hi Anthony,

I am unable to even create a support ticket for this same issue.  I have also yet to receive a reply regarding the NDVI checkbox on a different thread.  Thanks for any help.

Tony, thank you for your help. After I created a support ticket, my licence was reset and now I can use Drone2Map again.

I have installed version 1.0.1 now and will try the offline feature soon.

Best regards,

René

Sorry to bump a thread from last August, but I've just experienced this same exact issue using D2M 1.1.  So the issue is NOT resolved.  I've already opened a Premium Support ticket, but just thought I'd let the D2M community--and Esri--know that the bug still exists.
