Where can I download the database schema for this solution? It seems is no longer available in this link.

We no longer deliver the Local Government Information Model with this solution. Instead you can create a new hosted feature layer from the StreetTrees feature layer provided in the Local Government Service Catalog. See Publish feature layer topic for more information. Is ESRI moving away from the Local Government Information Model to the Local Government Service Catalog (What is that entity?)?

In Local Government Information Model Implementation and Starting Point GeoNet post, Scott Oppmann posted information on the LGIM intent/evolution of the information model.

Thanks for the reply. Still, I think the LGIM was more helpful since it included relationship classes for inspection workflows. The feature Service provided only includes the dataset but no other database component. I remember it been similar to the FH inventory, Signs, among many others that require inspections. It made our lives easier
