I have ArcReader 10 loaded on a desktop which will not display all layers in the Content Window (only about 2 layers out of 20 are displayed); however, all layers are viewable in the data view window. Any suggestions for correcting are appreciated.
I have the same problem. I publish the file and some users see all the layers in the Table of contents and some have invisible layers. Plus the file opens with all layers collapsed. Need help
