How to setup IDL-Python-Bridge?

I am attempting to install the IDL-Python bridge from Exelis.  I have downloaded and installed the bridge no problem.  However, I am not able to get ArcGIS Pro to find or recognize the bridge.  I have followed the instructions given but have had no luck getting them to communicate.  What is the best way to setup the IDL-Python bridge with ArcGIS Pro?

Make sure when you install it, you are attaching to ArcGIS Pro's python Conda environment, not the default one on the machine.
