I have a implemented  Collector for ArcGIS and the feature service I have created is over 2Gb with all the photo attachments. I cannot seem to download the FGDB as I normally did when the file size was less than 2Gb.  Does anyone have this issue and the download scripts that are availale dont seem to work. Is there a restriction on the size of the Feature Service in ArcGIS Online?

HI,

Yes I have tried it and it has does not work anymore.

It worked until the size of the FGDB exceeded 2Gb.

A File Geodatabase should have no limit, but a Personal Geodatabase will have a limit of 2 GBs.  Can you share the service to a Group in ArcGIS Online and invite my user account (jskinner_CountySandbox)?  I can take a look at the service.

Recently I had some problems downloading the result of a field inspection with a little over 7000 points and photo attachments The size of the FGDB was rather large (> 3GB) and if I remember correctly for that reason it did not allow me to download it. I ended up creating a replica through REST and download the replica instead: ArcGIS REST API

Thanks Xander Bakker

You shouldn't be running into issues downloading a feature service over 2gb. I would suggest contacting technical support to look into this further. The workaround for creating a replica should also work, here is a technical article outlining the steps.
