Hi at all,

i have a Geodatabase Enterprise (Oracle 12 g) that contain all my vector data.

Now i have more Raster Image (Aerial Images) and these would be stored about 300 TB.

Is possible to store all this raster data into Geodatabase Enterprise?

The Geodatabase Enterprise have a storage limit?

What is the best practice to use all this file? Save all into Geodatabase Enterprise as Mosaic Dataset and publish with Image Service, or store the image into a NAS?

Thanks

I would say that you store all the data in a file based format is a best practice moving forward. Here is some documentation on Imagery Workflows: Imagery | ArcGIS Desktop

Here are the answers to your questions:

-Is possible to store all this raster data into Geodatabase Enterprise?  Yes, but not recommended

-The Geodatabase Enterprise have a storage limit? That is dependent on the RDBMS system being used. Enterprise geodatabase size and name limits—ArcGIS Help | ArcGIS Desktop
