but don't have full functionality.....Need some guidance..thanks...Paul K..probably due to some permissions in my organization, which is just me.  Please advise...Customer # XXXX.......ESU23XXXX...Thanks -

ArcGIS On-LINE and ARC MAP 10.5 work fine...........

You should consider contacting your local Esri distributor to fix the issue.

Never share Customer# and License Code in public. Their liability is on your organization, in case it gets misused. GeoNet is a public forum for Esri users, not a Support page.

I am sorry, if I am sounding harsh.

Paul Kittinger    I agree with Jayanta Poddar‌ that you never want to include license numbers or other "personal" info on the geonet or other forums.  My apologies, but I went ahead an edited you original post and blocked those things out.  You should contact customer service/local distributor  or tech support.  You might be able to get help thru the chat part of tech support, and they can point you in the right direction.  You (your account manger) can access most of this info thru the https://my.esri.com     page.

Jayanta and Rebecca -

Thank you for reminding me of some of these security issues. and removing the information.  I will be more mindful in the future.. I was able to get some extra downloading assistance to help gain the needed functionality for the product... And next time I have a tech problem I will see if someone on the chat support line can assist me...  Paul

Paul, welcome to GeoNet.  It does take a while to get the hang of it. Users here would typically not abuse anything like that, but like any computer these days, not everyone in the world has good intentions when it comes to computers (as you found out in Dec).

Just an FYI - common practice and etiquette on the forums is to mark any of the comments that are helpful, but not your own unless is a summary/conclusion of sorts (in any case you don't get an "points") and select the best/correct answer with the "correct answer" button, which bring the answer to the top to make it easier for others to find, OR your can mark as "assumed answered" (located by your original posting) if there is not real answer.

Either one will close the thread.  People can still comment if they come across it and have additional comments/solutions, but will let others know that you aren't still waiting for an answer.
