While integrating Data Reviewer with Workflow Manager using OS Authentication the custom step "ProductionMappingSteps.CreateReviewerSession" is not working. This step is also not returning anything in Job History tab in Workflow Manager. Our version name  is of the following format ["username"].[Job_Id] i.e. the username is enclosed in double quotes.

Even after installing the Patch 3 as mentioned in link http://support.esri.com/download/7461 it is not working.

Can anyone point out what mistake can be there or this is still an issue.

We are experiencing the same issue.  We were able to determine it was tied to the quotes (") around the username in the version owner.  The version that data reviewer is looking at is appears as "domain\username" with the quotes.  Did you ever find a solution?

My organization connected with ESRI and we presented the case before them. They confirmed this to be a product issue. However, the step executes perfectly with Database Authentication.

Hope this helps.
