How to generate a world map (a space view earth) with Thailand as the center?

hi guys! 

I'm new to ArcGIS, and I'm wondering is there anyway I can generate a round map, like the earth view from the space, with a specific location in the center, for example, Thailand? 

 

I tried applying different coordinate systems, but it doesn't seems to be the correct way to do it?

Did you try to alter some of the central longitude and latitude parameters from the 'world from space' (orthographic)?
