Adding a web map server to ArcMap

Hi,

I'm trying to connect to a web map server, usually I can tell which part of the url to delete but can someone help with the following:

http://inspirescotland.org/cgi-bin/mapserv.exe?map=E:/ms4w/apps/sg_inspire/inspire.map&SERVICE=WMS&V...

Keeps saying there is a connection error but think it's because I'm including the GetCapabilities code - but which part of the code
should I delete?
