Hi I have been trying to install this tool in my 64 it machine. Did exactly what is said in the documentation but it's giving me a Syntax error. I have attached a screenshot here. Can anyone please help me? ArcGIS 10 is working fine. It's only this tool I am having problem with.
Do you have administrative privileges to the machine you are installing on?
From the screenshot, it looks like you are running as administrator. Just to make sure, if you right-click on the Command Prompt icon (start --> all programs --> accessories), and then choose to run as administered that should work.
I have the same problem like Nancy. I am running the Command Prompt as administrator despite I have error message. Nancy could you tell how you resolve you problem?
