FlexLM is circa 1988, and it's amazing that this performs so much better than the named user model. I have many users in my Org Account. 70% of them don't sign in in a 30 day window. But ALL users need a named user account-- the total bucket of those named users is limited. That means that I have to delete old user accounts to make room for new ones. This creates a ton of overhead for the administration of this tool. A true concurrent usage model would work so much better.

Excellent. Thank you. Points awarded. My bigger issue, which I failed to disclose, is that I'm trying to migrate to a new host and not disrupt anything. Part of this was to change the architecture of the configuration store to redundant network storage (my question above). After talking with Esri support, they said that there's no bulletproof way right now to move an ArcGIS Server site to a new host-- they might be working on a migration tool in 10.5, but that's a few months out I guess.

Just trying to migrate from local storage to network storage for the arcgis directories. Which will make clustering and potential host changes easier. Get Outlook for Android<https://aka.ms/ghei36>

Yeah but, what's the actual procedure? Just use the REST Admin? Get Outlook for Android<https://aka.ms/ghei36>

Is there any way to move the ArcGIS Server Configuration Site storage to another location without disrupting a site?
