We took down our ArcGIS Enterprise setup and put up a new one. Survey123 Connect wants a login to the old one and won't allow changing the portal to either the new one or to ArcGIS Online. If I reinstall Survey123, will I lose existing surveys?

Hi, Kenneth, Maybe before displayng x,y data, subdivide your sales table into smaller tables -- by date range perhaps. Then display the x,y data for each subtable separately, export the event points to feature classes. You could then try appending those feature classes together to see if you can end up with a single feature class with all your sales data. If you can, it would be cool to look at the data with a time slider. Bill Ostrander Tioga County NY GIS

Another problem that leads to the "Download Failed" is orphaned records in the related tables. While experimenting with our map we had created a couple test points and added some related records for one of them. In attempting to download with Classic, the error message isolated the problem to layer 0, the layer holding points that are collected in the field. I downloaded the layer, found and deleted the orphaned records, and republished. Now map downloading for offline use works in both Classic and the new Collector.

Currently in Collector, after we add a record to a table in the third level of related tables we are returned to the first (top) level. It would greatly speed up data collection if we were returned to the second level list of tables.

Have you tried zooming in on just one of the new parcels? If the labels are set to only display when they fit inside the polygon, it may be too much information to fit inside the new little parcels. You've probably checked that out already, but just in case. Bill Ostrander Tioga County GIS
