Does Esri say anywhere in their documentation that their basemaps will be kept up to date within a specific timeframe? It was my understanding that the Esri basemaps are based on aerial imagery that is shared with Esri by other organizations that own that imagery. I don't believe Esri it creating their own imagery, and I don't believe they have assured that it would always match the current conditions. Does anyone have more insight into what Esri's basemap policy is?

It would be great to be able to get warnings on items hosted in ArcGIS Online that exceed a certain number of credits per day/month, with the limit set by the organization administrator.

What I would like to do is take routes that we already have designed as a feature layer in ArcGIS Pro and convert them to routes that I can use in Navigator. I see the Create Routes (Linear Referencing) geoprocessing tool in Pro, but I'm not sure how to get these routes published to ArcGIS Online as something that Navigator will recognize as a route and can use for turn-by-turn navigation. Any help is appreciated. Matt

Off topic from your original post, but responding to your general comments about transitioning to AGOL in your response, make sure that you have a backup plan in place for data in AGOL. AGOL does not natively back up data, so if someone deletes objects from a layer, or deletes an entire hosted feature layer, then it is gone. There a Python scripts available online that will back up AGOL content, or you can purchase a tool from a third-party developer. We also heavily utilize hosted feature layer views in AGOL to manage editing permissions for our content.

We publish services with attachments from ArcGIS Pro to AGOL on a regular basis and have never had any issues with the attachments not following. We just add the layer(s) with attachments/relationships into a Pro map, then share as a new service. As long as everything is coming from the same FGDB it should be fine. As far as transitioning from Enterprise to AGOL, we hired a consultant to do that work for us. Now that we are more familiar with the process, I think we could have done it ourselves, but it may have taken much longer. For object data, it should be a similar process to what you just described above, create FGDB from Enterprise and share as a new layer from Pro. We don't host any type of image data, so I'm not sure what the process would be for that.

Where can information like this be found? I wouldn't have known about limitations with Views unless I had seen this post. Are there other limitations that I should be aware of as the Admin of multiple AGOL accounts?

This could be even more important now with the implementation of partnered collaborations in the latest update of ArcGIS Online. We would not want users that leave the company to continue to have access to our client's partnered organizations as well.

We worked with Esri support for a few weeks to try to resolve this issue. We were seeing it trying to embed a survey into Experience Builder. It is currently logged as #BUG-000137141. Current status is "In Product Plan".

I would like to be able to schedule disabling of users in my organization ahead of time. If I know a user is leaving the company in two weeks, I would like to be able to schedule his account to be disabled the day after their last day. Along the same lines, if a user leaves the company temporarily but there is a return date scheduled, I would like to be able to schedule their account to be enabled on their first day back in the office.

Thank you for the replies. I am not familiar with the "event mapped" option so I will take a closer look at that. As for the Map Topology, I would love for that to be the solution, but I have not been able to get that to work. I've tried every combination of topology rules that I can think of and the problem is that if I grab the endpoint of a line and move/stretch it to a new location, only the segment between the endpoint and the first point is modified. The rest of the line/points do not adjust. If anyone knows the correct way to set up a topology to do what I'm asking that would be great!

We use the CCTV Manager solution from the Esri Water team to create line features that represent sewer inspections, and points along those lines that represent defects and conditions found along those lines. Is there a way to "lock" the condition points to the inspection lines so if we have to move the lines the points move automatically?

We're using the latest beta processor to convert multiple clients historic data from an old Access database system into a GIS system.
