This sounds great Bill, thanks for sharing. You mention there are basic instructions for set up with a different organisation, can you specify where this can be found or is this the information provided at the Github page provided?

This may be device specific but when using Collector on IOS platforms, it would be very useful to have predictive text enabled to allow a quicker way of populating fields that require common answers. This would remove the need to scroll through the drop-down options, a particular time-saver in heavily populated lists.

Hi Kate, I didn't personally get around to adding it unfortunately but it is still an idea that we would benefit from so I will take a look at adding it shorty.

I'm attempting to copy a Hosted Feature Service with the 'Full' option from one folder to another within the same AGOL account. Note that the Feature Service has a number of relationship classes within it and some media attachments. However the operation fails with the error 'Failed - Check Console'. Looking at the web console the errors are as follows: Unable to add feature service definition. Invalid definition for System.Collections.Generic.List`1[ESRI.ArcGIS.SDS.Metadata.LayerCoreInfo] Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. I acknowledge this is an experiemental service, but is this type of copy operation possible with this product or is it not possible to copy across Features with relationships?

Ryan, I've been in contact with ESRI UK and they have mentioned the utility works for them with ITN data at 10.6.1, are you already on 10.6.1 and if so have you retried the utility? Appreciated you are not using ITN..

Hi Derek, I note this is an old thread now - it has similarities to issues I am seeing in Portal 10.6 so I wonder if you can assist? I’ve published a Network Dataset to a Federated Portal and configured the URL in Utility Services - Directions and Routing. I’m attempting to use this service in Web AppBuilder via the Analysis – Connect Origins to Destinations widget. However when launching the widget it returns the error ‘No analysis tool is configured!’. Having then configured an ArcGIS Online account to use utility services the widget then works as normal. From reading around it appears that we can indeed use our own published Network Dataset in Portal Apps (i.e. no credit use), although I can't identify what is wrong in this instance. I've ensured all the steps have been followed from the configuration help pages, and the network service works fine in ArcGIS Desktop. Under 'Use Proximity' in Portal Map Viewer, I only get 'Create Buffers' and 'Find Nearest' as options rather than the full set of Proximity tools. Are you able to shed any light here?

Hi Jessica, Perfect thanks for the info, a great help! I had come across some materials pointing towards the 'visibility management' option needing to be checked on and this works fine in AGOL, how modern is this functionality? It isn't present in our 10.5 Portal - is it a 10.6 feature? Many Thanks, Francis.

Hi Jessica, Thanks for the information provided in this discussion. I have some unrelated questions aroud the Situation Awareness Solution itself I wondered if you could help with. I've deployed successfully from the ArcGIS Pro solutions tool, to my Portal and all appears fine. However the ESRI demo layers are all empty, is this by design (i.e. private?) or an error? As a result nothing works in the App as it does via the 'View Application' tab from the link at http://solutions.arcgis.com/emergency-management/help/incident-analysis-viewer/. I can configure the App in WebApp Builder to use our own layers, although they only appear after a buffer is applied and the layer is selected from the tabs across the bottom. Can this behaviour not replicate the demo instead and show all layers by default regardless of whether the tab is selected or not, or is this custom behaviour? (i.e. View all of my incidents simultaneously after setting an incident location). I have attempted to configure the widget itself in our own App and the behaviour is very different from that in the demo. Essentially I am trying to assess whether the same behaviour as shown in the demo app can be achieved out of the box and how much is customised?
