I believe once you consume the webmap into web app builder , the web app builder is using 3x API. Arcade expressions work better in experience builder applications using the 4x api

Yes Sir, once again- Bingo !. That was it. Wow. i just visually checked it and it appeared working but i just republished it and now all the other layer queries are working correctly. i wouldve thought just that subdivision query should have been greyed out and the others still work. Guess its all or nothing with queries.. Anyway, thanks again Robert. Gerald

Robert, After last nights (10/13/2015) Microsoft updates, i seem to have lost all my ESearch attribute queries for some reason. I have WAB 1.2 installed on 2 machines, with the same Main GIS app installed and also a copy on my web server, and they're missing from all of them. The only thing I can think of that happened to all of them are the critical updates.. Have you seen this behavior? I just wanted to check with you before I did anything drastic.. thanks again for your work. i believe the ESearch versions were all 1.2.0.3 Gerald Here's my main app http://maps3.murfreesborotn.gov/PublicGIS

I had a request to increase the size & background color for a graph that is created in ArcGIS Online Popups. Is this possible? If so, where would I need to make these modifications? Im using Web AppBuilder Developer Edition 1.2. Thanks ! Gerald

It helps if i actually read the directions. I answered my own question i guess. I didn't quite browse to the \SERVER directory before running the command. oh well. Glad it was my typical Operator Error all is now good in WAB land once again.. Gerald

I have downloaded the new WAB 1.2 dev edition and it launches fine, but when i try to run the upgrade command line utility, im getting this error: "Cannot find module "c:\arcgis-web-appbuilder-1.2\upgrade". i have closed out all open instances and ran it again and still get the same error. Can i manually upgrade Node.js from its website or is this module just missing from the download? I also do not see any "upgrade" module under the c:\arcgis-web-appbuilder-1.2\node_modules folder. I've tried copying over the existing apps. I've tried zipping them up and importing them into 1.2 version but i received a "parsing error" upon attempting the import. Running Win 7 SP 1 Thanks for any insight, Gerald

Robert, Whats the best way to upgrade the ESearch widget while maintaining the customized queries & field selection configurations? Can I get away with installing your new ESearch widget files & then just copy over the previous version's ..//server/apps/AppID#/config_(esearch).json file? Or do i have to reconfigure all of my existing Queries & Field selections again through the builder interface? What's your best practice? I have tried copying the App#/configs/ESearch/config_Enhanced Search.json file over and it appears to work correctly but i wanted to make sure that what im seeing is actually in sync & all is well in ESearch-land.. Thanks for all you do, Gerald

I second that motion. I was thinking along the lines of a "Clip, Zip & Ship" widget.. preferably along with the option to export as SHP,CAD,GDB, etc.. But I also like the idea of a temporary import SHP,CAD,GDB also..

I have configured PopUps in AGOL using the customized Attribute display Content option, but when i view them inside my WAB Application, they appear smaller in overall size and text wrap & do not justify correctly. Has anyone else experienced this problem and know any fixes or is it just the usual Operator Error issues? Is it possible to change the overall popup dimensions to correct this, using WEB Developer Edition after the initial popup creation using AGOL? Thanks- Gerald
