Annina, I have not seen this issue myself, but I noticed a similar issue where nothing would happen when a certain button was pressed. Can you tell us what orientation you are holding your device (portrait or landscape) when collecting answers? Does your behavior change if you change the orientation of your device? Regards, Jared G.

Hello and thanks for posting your question! Can you tell me if this issue happens for all surveys that you have created or just the one survey that you mentioned in your original post? For example, if you create a very simple survey with just a couple of text questions, does the same issue happen for you on your Lenovo TAB 2?

Keely, I have not personally seen this issue; however, one of my colleagues encountered this issue when testing this app. When they encountered the issue they mentioned that this happened because the default permission settings of the pre-created / default SharePoint site collections. If you go to the Site Settings > Site Permissions > Check Permissions and type in the UserName that you are testing with, you may notice that there is a Deny for the Add and Customize Pages. These settings may prevent the successful deployment of the aspx pages needed to run the Esri Maps Locate Workflow app. Can you try following this workflow to see if this resolves the issue for your site collection... This fix comes from the Office365 discussion here: [ARCHIVED] [SOLVED]Navigation settings - "Sorry, you don't have access to this page" | Manage Office 365 | Microsoft Off… Go to your SharePoint admin center > Settings Scroll down to locate the section of Custom Script > Select Allow users to run custom script on self-service created sites > Click OK Allow 24 hours for the change to take effect From what I heard once the 24 hours elapses, the Deny "Add and Customize Pages" Permission should be removed from all the self-service created sites. After the permissions get changed, you would just need to Disable the Esri Maps for SharePoint apps and Enable them again. Let me know if this change helps.

Matt, I do not work directly with the ArcGIS Online team; however, I believe that David's answer actually makes sense and fits with the sharing model in ArcGIS Online for all content. You can share content at the following levels: Not Shared, Group, Organization, Everyone. The final level is what enables all ArcGIS Online users to see the content. It is important to note that the 'Everyone' sharing level means that everyone with an ArcGIS Online account can see the content. The final setting that David mentioned is to allow people to view your organization anonymously (no ArcGIS Online sign in required). If you set this option then people will be able to visit your organization page and they will be able to view content that is shared with 'Everyone' without signing into ArcGIS Online. I am glad that updating the setting allowed you to share content with everyone (including those without ArcGIS Online accounts). Regards, Jared G.

Hello, The button "Use Web Map's Default Extent" is designed to use the default extent of the web map that is specified. In the screen shot that you added above it looks like you defined the web map as "City of Phoenix - Planning and Zoning". If you press the button, it should zoom to the default extent for that web map which may not necessarily be the same as the default extent of the service that you published. At this stage you really would have 2 choices: 1) Update the extent of the web map and then use the "Use Web Map's Default Extent" button. 2) Zoom to your desired area for the default extent of the web app and press the "Use Current Map View" button to make that your apps default extent. I hope this helps! Jared G.

Hello Denis, When using the interactive behavior to drill through to other reports in Esri Maps for IBM Cognos 5.x there is currently not a way to "delay" the report from running after the feature on the map is selected. Essentially once you click on the feature the report will run. When I want to have some way to confirm that I have selected the proper feature before viewing the next report, I use one of the interactive behavior settings called "Display prompt page". When you are creating or configuring the interactive behavior to drill through to other reports the setting to "Display prompt page" has three options: Always Based on the default prompt settings of the target report Only when the required parameter values are missing If you choose the option "Always" then a prompt page will appear before running the detailed report. The prompt page will show the selected value. If the value is not what the user wants to see they can either select a new value from the drop down list or press the back button to go back to the source report with the map. I hope this information helps in your future projects, Jared G.

The Esri Maps for IBM Cognos 5.x release is highly integrated with ArcGIS Online or your on-premises Portal for ArcGIS solution. You are able to add ArcGIS Server map services to the Esri Maps for IBM Cognos map object; however, you will need to add it through either ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS. In addition, to display your IBM Cognos data on the map object you will need to be able to access either the ArcGIS Online World Geocode Service or have your own geocode service configured via Portal for ArcGIS. I hope the links below will be helpful in your future use of Esri Maps for IBM Cognos: Adding data from ArcGIS: http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/esri-maps-for-ibm-cognos/author/#/Adding_data_from_ArcGIS/02z800000014000000/ Adding IBM Cognos Data to your map: http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/esri-maps-for-ibm-cognos/author/#/Adding_IBM_Cognos_data_to_your_map/02z80000001s000000/ Install Guide for Esri Maps for IBM Cognos on a Windows environment (see page 25 regarding how to setup Esri Maps for IBM Cognos to work with Portal for ArcGIS): http://resources.arcgis.com/en/communities/maps-for-cognos/pdf/maps_for_ibm_cognos_install_windows.pdf Good luck!

Hey there, In order to specify a custom location type you need to follow the directions outlined here (http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/sharepoint/concepts/index.html#/Adding_lists_containing_address_or_place_name_data/015900000074000000/). While the screen shots don't include an image of step 5, there is now an additional option on the page titled "How is location represented in your data?" Here you will choose "Add location type". Next, you will search ArcGIS Online for the hosted feature service representing your location type. Once located, you will select the feature service and choose the layer in the feature service that you will use to look up locations. Now, you will choose the column in the feature service layer that contains attributes used to look up locations. Finally, you will give this location type a Name and description and add it to the location types available for use in the Esri Maps Locate work flow. From here you will proceed as outlined in the documentation above. Good luck with your project, Jared
