Hello Russ, My Global account is not a trial account it is a personal account I created over three years ago. Having read these threads is there a way to change my account setting to Admin,Organizational,User,Publisher? I have successfully downloaded the App on my iPhone4. However when I enter my Global credentials I get the message to please sign in with an organizational login. I do not know if my organization has a Global account and I don't have an organization to affiliated myself with to practice and use the Data Collector App. Should I just delete the App from my phone? Thank you for providing this thread, JoyStraley

Hello, Been running into problems creating turn restrictions. Some turn restrictions are that are built into the network dataset are not being obeyed by the routes run during a Solve. Where turn restrictions need to be added edit session throws a multitude of errors. Is there an Network Analyst error data dictionary somehwere in resources? Are these errors a result of the Silverlight platform laying on top of our Network Analyst? Attached is documentation of what I have captured so far. Has anyone else had these problems when building a routing network? Thanks, Joy

This inquiry is for Nguyen Hoang Nam, Regarding your recommendation of "converting shapefile to geodatabase and then creating a coverage to mimic a topology using a must intersect rule." The task at hand for myself is to is produce a topology in order to eliminate creating multiple vertices, endpoints at the locations were our county roads intersect city boundries in order to drill down to what segment needs updating to new MSAG field specifications. We want to systematically split county roads to all 26 cities and then use those splits to drill down to what segment need updating to new MSAG field specifications. The argument is will or will not having a sound topolpgy layer help optimize the workflow and accuracy? To test this idea what is the work flow for your recommended process "converting shapefile to geodatabase and then creating a coverage to mimic a topology using a must intersect rule."? Or do you think your process is appropriate for our task? Thank you for your feedback, Joy

I am having the same problem in that community analyst add-in for ArcGIS10 desktop will not allow me to run reports. I have taken Lukes advice and brought in my city limit layer as a boundry. This did not work as well. I am able extract reports directly in Community Analyst but not using CA tool bar in desktop. Do you have any other options I might try. Anything would help. Also after drilling down to a AOI does CA allow one to create/export to feature classes or create territories similar to the capabilites in Business Analyst. Or is CA merely for reports. According to the prompts within dialoge box that opens up using the CA toolbar you should be able to append the reports to your boundry. As the tool bar is not working ,is my thought process anywhere in the ball park?

I have basically got my map how I want it for now. However I would like to know if there is a way to visualize two base maps. For example street maps viewed at the city limit extent , that will then transition to orthos at the building foot print extent. Didn't see anything in the Arc GIS online tutorial that mentioned anything like this. Any advice would be appreciated. BTW if you are anywhere near Colleyville TX stop in and have a bite.Joy
