Hi Max, Any metrics you see in the dashboard, including custom metrics, can be downloaded to an excel sheet and used for visualization or analysis: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/urban/help/help-analyze-plan.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_FDFF35F4B2AF458EA10AD05F3A9655E9 Is this what you are looking for? Did I understand your question correctly? Thanks, Keera

Hi again Maxime 🙂 Here is some more information from my colleague Dominik Allemann. A few additional inputs regarding the edge-info question: the information stored in the corresponding JSON field describes the orientation (front, side, rear) and adjacency (interior, street) for each edge of a parcel. The default for every parcel edge is "side - interior". In the plan editor, there is the "Edge orientation" tool to manually set the orientation & adjacencies of parcel edges ("Edit parcel edges" section in the urban documentation: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/urban/help/help-edit-parcels.htm) The Urban Connector toolbox comes with a tool that allows to calculate the JSONs for an entire parcels dataset before importing the parcels into ArcGIS Urban --> https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=5a6f23d6e773435cbea727bd65e7a349 Maxime, let us know if this helps or you'd like more clarification. Best, Keera

Hi all , Jason and I discovered the issue was uploading a zipped shapefile to AGOL with two files inside it. The file uploads and publishes as one feature service, but when you open it in the map viewer, there are two "sub-layers" if you like. ArcGIS Urban does not like! Urban totally ignores the service - so much so, it doesn't even show up as an option to select. Here's a picture one a test shapefile I uploaded today. This is kind of a cool way to publish several shapefiles at once - just not a format ArcGIS Urban needs for it's data model.

Hi David Kossowsky - The Future Buildings layer in the table of contents turns off the buildings (BuildingsLOD1) not the plans/projects themselves. So if there is a colored 3D building associated with the project, then this toggle should turn it on and off and also the masking is turned on and off (in order to show the buildings). That's why in the overview you can see some building turn on/off when you toggle this layer. Future Buildings (extruded polygon footprints) can be added through the data-manager. Does this help David? Thanks Lisa Staehli for this information.

Hi Sandeep Gangar, there are two videos you can check out for loading building footprints and zoning. They are Data Manager: Getting Started and Data Manager: Loading Parcels and Zoning. Check back in a day or two for these videos. There's also information about preparing your zoning data in the help doc here. You'll find a great step-by step tutorial Getting Started with ArcGIS Urban by Natalie Schoebitz that covers setting up an Urban Model from scratch and how to load your own buildings layer. The interface has changed so let me know if you need a hand with this. For creating new scenarios check out Authoring a Corridor Plan around 3 mins in. The help doc will also step you through creating new scenarios. let me know if this helps and feel free to reach out again with more information about what are are doing with urban - happy to help however I can! For the video - I see what you mean. I suggest you zoom to the Millstone Tract PDD & Conceptual Master Plan and adjust the screen (as is the video) to look similar to the image below. Use the rough green outline to sketch out the plan area. This should allow you to continue with the tutorial. Please reach out if I didn't explain this clearly and let me know how you get on - happy to follow up with you.
