Hi Paul, In regards to "What is an Enterprise Account?" Enterprise logins allows members of your organization to sign in to ArcGIS Online using the same logins they use to access your enterprise information systems. For example, the same sign-in you use to log into your computer in your organization could be the same sign-in you use to log into ArcGIS Online. The advantage of setting up enterprise logins using this approach is that members do not need to create additional logins within the ArcGIS Online system; instead, they can use the login that is already set up within their enterprise system. When members sign in to ArcGIS Online, they enter their enterprise user name and password directly into your enterprise's login manager, also known as your enterprise identity provider. Upon verification of the user's login, the enterprise identity provider informs ArcGIS Online of the verified identity for the member who is logging in. See this link for more info on how it can be set up; Set up enterprise logins—ArcGIS Online Help | ArcGIS And for the second portion of your question "How do I find my URL" There are various ways you can see your URL (the URL is only visible once you are logged in to your ArcGIS Online account). 1. Once logged in, check the web address bar at the top of your browser 2. Once logged in to ArcGIS Online, go to the My Organization page > Edit Settings > General > In the Organization Short Name section, you will see the Organization home page URL: http://xxxxxxxxxx Hope this helps.

Hi @Ryan Long, A grd or gri file can't be directly read by ArcGIS, but can be copied to an ASCII file by simply changing the extension. This is not guaranteed to work but it's worth a shot. To use the ASCII to Raster tool, a header containing information about the number of rows/columns as well as other information needs to be added to the ASCII. Additionally, the cell values need to be delimited by spaces. Once these changes are made to an ASCII, then the ASCII to Raster tool can be run.

@Hunter Carver Unfortunately, this is as designed. A custom basemap can have a transparency set for a Web Map and by design once the basemap is switched the transparency is reset. The transparency set for a basemap will be persistent and saved with the Web Map as long as the basemap is not switched. These rules for transparency are dictated by ArcGIS Online and the Web Map therefore, carry over through to the Web AppBuilder application. Two different Web Maps would need to be created, one fore each basemap so the set transparency will persist.

Yes, changing the owner of either the web application or the web Map containing the feature data will cause the web map to fail. A good suggestion would be trying to change the owner back to who it was originally. If it still fails then after your co-worker has remade the map journal, avoid changing the owner. When I say recreating, I basically mean opening the web map and publishing it again using the map tour template. There are two ways to do this; 1) If you want to create a web Map from the template: a. Open arcgis online and login b. Create a new map, do not add any layers c. Save the web Map with a basemap only d. Open the builder and add points and images in the builder. e. Save the map. 2) If you want to create a Map from file a. Create a Map in ArcMap desktop b. Create a shape file or layer with the following fields The values for fields name required are as follows (case insensitive): 1. Name: name, title, name-short, name-long 2. Description: description, caption, snippet, comment 3. Picture: pic_url, url, pic, picture 4. Thumbnail: thumb_url, thumb, thumbnail 5. Color : icon_color, color, style c. Publish the Map to arcgis online as a web map d. Create a Map Tour template from the web map. e. If you need to make changes , change the Map document in ArcMap desktop, republish recreate the template. Unfortunately, as far as I know, there is no way to recreate the map tour if all the points and images were added in manually.

Hi @Aaron, Does this issue occur on different browsers? Have you recently changed the owner of the web application or web map being used to create the web application (Map tour application)? Also, if you try recreating the map tour application do you still encounter the error message? Is the story map shared publicly?

I agree with Mark, most often in these scenarios, either the Esri Fonts are not installed or not installed correctly.

Try disabling the background processing. In ArcMap > Geoprocessing > Geoprocessing Options. Under Background Processing, uncheck the Enable button. Then try running publishing again.
