@ElenaS I too have the same problem, the only way I have gotten around it is to save each query expression to a file, delete all of the queries from the layer, rename the .exp files that you saved to reflect the order that you want, then use the "Add definition queries from files..." method (it is on the drop down for "New definition query"). When the dialog comes up to pick your file(s), you will already have them in order based on how you renamed them, so you pick the first file, hold down your shift key, and then choose the last file. Alternatively, you can also use your CTRL key to pick the order that you want, even if you didn't rename the .exported .exp files. This way you can keep the name of the query like you want it to show as in the list, and you can specify the order from how you pick them.

Instead of a summary report, is there a way to use a WHERE clause for individual feature reports? I know that there is the "Filter" capabilities when setting up the data for reports, but we have several criteria that need to be met in order for a response to be included in a specific report. We have to report on both "All" of the features from a specific timeframe or attribute, as well as a specific sub-set of those "All" features that need to meet certain criteria based on the responses. Since we cannot use images in summary reports, I have no way other than having to keep adding all of the criteria to the "Filter" section of the Survey123 Manage site each time I want to pull that specific sub-set of records. Have you come across scenario's like this? Is there a way to use WHERE clauses in individual feature reports?

I will concur with Anoosheh, that this workflow is critical to our data collection efforts. I really hope that ESRI can bring this feature back, because otherwise the new shiny tool will never get used. For now, we just use the Classic app, luckily that is still an option, and I hope it continues to be an option until everything is ported over to the new Collector app. And as mentioned previously, this workflow allows the data collector to work with large/cumbersome datasets without having to enter in all of the fields, and alleviates data entry errors.

I believe that your attachments are not working because the GLOBALID of the new dataset you created no longer reference the RELGLOBALID that is used to related those attachments back to their original features. Or in the case of not using a GLOBALID, the OBJECTID has changed from previous datasets that you merged together, which can also be used as the reference ID for attachments, it all depends on how you setup the original attachments.

I use MS Access to create my reports with. I can tie directly to SQL using an ODBC DSN, which allows me to get to the feature classes and attachments tables. I had to utilize both linked tables and a make table query in order to get the relationships I needed in order to create the reports (the relationships do not come through in Access as they do in ArcMap). It isn't as easy as what ESRI has built in, but like I said the whole memory issue is what drove me to find something different. I am hoping to talk to the developers at the ESRI UC this July to see if I can pick their brains a bit more on an easier solution. But for now, at least I have what I needed, and I suppose I could use it for other reporting needs, but not sure if it is worth the time and effort.

I have had the same out of memory problem too, which for me is a deal breaker. I have shyed away from using the report tool out of ArcGIS for Desktop for this main reason. And now that Pro is out, there isn't any way to do reports at all.

This did solve our issue that we were having with this exact error. I am going to do more investigations as to why SQL is having a memory pressure problem and what exactly that means in regards to use of spatial types on SQL Server.

I believe this may be of assistance to you: Python script to pull hosted features with attachments into a local file geodatabase. See ReadMe below.

Russell, Can you please elaborate on the python script your wrote in response to this topic from Brian? I have the same issue with an offline geodatabase but cannot seem to get the python script to do anything. There are not any coding or syntax errors that I can see when comparing it to yours listed. Is this run from within Desktop, from within IDLE or just as a stand-alone file. Thanks, Randy Weaver

Thanks Rich, this was also an issue I encountered and the fix for the "L" on lastEditDate worked for me as well.
