Hi Alan, I would suggest instead of having 6 routes that cover multiple days you do the following. Break your routes up in the VRP by day. An example of this would be Truck1_Monday, Truck2_Monday, Truck1_Tuesday, Truck2_Tuesday. This will help break up your days while still allowing you to assign orders to the same inspector. So if you have 6 inpsectors visiting orders over 3 days you would 18 individual routes. You can then string these together. This will also help increase the processing performance of 55K orders. Kurt, The only files that can be imported into Community Analyst Online and Business Analyst Online are Excel/csv tables and simple shapefiles. There are no native files created by either that can be imported into the other. You can use these as sites in both applications. both the research market option and select location option have an import option.

There is an address locator that is supplied with Business Analyst that can be used to geocode only city/state locations. Open the address locator manager and click the add button to add a new locator. Navigate to the following location C:\ArcGIS\Business Analyst\US_2012\Data\Geocoding Data. There you will see a city/state address locator that can be added and used for geocoding. Remember you must have Business Analyst installed to use this locator. Also the directory will be different if a default install was not conducted. Scott.

Bob, I don't think it is an issue of SP 4, I just ran the tool on SP4 and all identical lines are deleted. What field are you using to compare identical? Are the values compleatly identical that are not being deleted. You can use the shape field to delete identical and include a search tollerance.
