I'm having the same issue, did you find a solution to your problem?

Ah ok, I only have access up to 2.1.2, so maybe when we get access to 2.1.2 it will be fixed.

I don't know if this reply is too late... but, if you expand the GRD file in the catalog, you should actually see 4 different bands, Bands 1-3 are the RGB values that are telling ESRI how to display the layer, and Band 4 is actually the RSRP/signal values for the grd. If you are looking to change the color scheme or get the signal value then you should just add in only band 4 to the mapping window and you should see the raster representing the actual rsrp values.

Did you ever find a solution to trying to exclude negative values when classifying raster data? I am still not able to enter a negative value range. Will work like 0--120, but not -100--120...

Try offsetting the lines, you can do this by going to Layer Properties > Symbology > Open the symbol the click Edit Symbol. Change the Type to Cartographic Line Symbol from Simple Line Symbol. Then go to Line properties and you should see the option to offset the line. Now when you plot two lines with the same coordinates/vertices, one will be slightly offset from the other so you will see parallel lines.

Yes it is a fishnet and not a raster dataset. Essentially we have a grid with contains successes+failures= attempts. The current methodology standard is to calculate the success rate which is success/attempts. What I want to know is, is there a good method for showing the impact/significance individual rates for each polygon based on the number of attempts inside that polygon. For example, if you wanted to fix some variable which would increase the number of successes in a polygon, you would best be served by looking at areas that have both a low success rate and a high number of attempts, rather than just looking at the success rate. Kinda looking for a way to visualize that on a map that is intuitive. Not sure if that makes sense.

To be clear, I am the one calculating the rates, so I do have the numerator and denominator for each grid polygon.

I have a polygon grid that contains a percentage/rate. What I would like to show is how significant a rate is with respect to how large the denominator is, because obviously something with a 50% rate with a denominator 2 is not as bad of a rate as say something with a 50% rate with a denominator of 1000.

I am not sure if there is a limit to the number of layers that you can use a group filter on. In my current configuration of the widget I have about 45 layers that I am trying to filter on. They all have a common field in them. When I try to run the filter, arcgis online sort of freezes and the filter never runs. When I zoom in on the layers after running the filter, they do not redraw and just remain stuck/frozen. If I reconfigure the widget to only filter on about 15 layers at a time, then it works, although a bit slowly.

I've recently upgraded to ArcGIS 10.5 from 10.3.1 and am experiencing some issues associated with running geoprocessing tools as a batch. The first issue is that when I run the tools as a batch process they will no longer run in the background, even though background geoprocessing is enabled. I never had this issue in 10.3. The second issue is that if I have an error with the batch processing, I normally fix the error/issue that was causing the error and reopen the batch processing input window from the results so I don't have to reconfigure the window. However when I open the window in 10.5 only the first row is completely filled out and the rest of the rows output feature class is greyed out, like in the attached image. The last issue minor issue is that the batch process only outputs/adds into the map the first row/input of the batch process unlike in 10.3.1 when it adds all the outputs to the current map.
