Hi, I have a valid User's credentials, I can use them to connect successfully to the ESRI.com ArcGis Online Portal website but when I use them in my application, I get an exception stating "Invalid username/password". I've been trying with other accounts and it all works well. I'm not sure why this user specifically cannot connect. The exception is raised when generating credentials for that user like this : var cred = await Esri.ArcGISRuntime.Security.IdentityManager.Current.GenerateCredentialAsync( PORTAL_SERVER_URL, UserTextBox.Text, PasswordTextBox.Password); The only difference I see is that this user is part of a Group with a User role. PS: I'm using a valid ClientId to connect and it really works well with 4-5 different accounts. What can cause the SDK IdentityManager to detect a bad username/password combination when the creds are 100% correct ? Is there another reason why the SDK would send us that error message ? Thank you, Ali

Hey guys, it's me again. After messing around a bit I found out that Web Scenes can be loaded through the WebMap.LoadFromPortalAsync method. But anytime I have a 3D layer on the Scene, I would receive an exception in that method concerning a "simpleRenderer" JSON deserialization issue. Does anyone have this issue or is there a fix/workaround to show 3D layers on the MapControl ? Thank you for your answers Ali

Hi guys, I'm trying to load and show a Scene that I created on my Online Portal. I am currently able to load WebMaps using the WebMapViewModel class, but I can't find any way to load a Scene from the Portal directly ? Is there any way to do this ? Do I have to take the layers and add them to a local Scene manually ? Thanks ! Ali

If anyone is interested in this subject, I have found a workaround for my problem. I created an AppDomain each time I wanted to validate the client ID and initialized the Runtime and caught exceptions in case the client ID was not valid then marshalled the return value to my main AppDomain. It's not the easiest solution but it works and it's the only one I found that works 100% of the time.

Hi everyone, in my WPF application I want to have a way to validate if the clientId entered by the user is valid. I'm having trouble as when I call the ArcGISRuntimeEnvironment.Initialize method, I cannot change the clientId after and then reinitialize it again without restarting the application. Is there a better way to validate the clientId entered by the user ? Or is there any way to release/shutdown the ArcGISRuntimeEnvironment, then set a different ClientId and call Initialize again after ? Thank you for your responses !
