Thanks for trying to help me. We have already tried out all these steps, nothing else happend. We also scanned the basic layer, but they are correct in ArcCatalogue. We even changed the hardware and imported the project on another computer, into another workspace, copied the layer in the scene... Fortunately we had a copy of the project from a former status that we could reconstruct. We are working on this project now... however, I find it very strange. Hopefully it does not happen again.

Can anyone help us with the following problem (picture in attachment)? We are trying to generate models from a layer called "Bodenbedeckung" (engl. ground cover). This layer contains the areas of streets we'd like to color and extrude (simple task). Until this week, the rules worked perfectly for generating models. As this week started, we had several problems, e.g. a few shapes (not always the same ones, random selection) would not be generated, while others do (c.f. picture: dark colored: models, light: shapes). What's the problem here? We should finish a project within next week and our scenes do not work anymore... We really need help!

Problem solved... if you make the window bigger, the rows suddenly "reappear". Sorry for bothering .

Hi there! I am new to City Engine and started to work with the tutorials offered by ESRI. At the moment I stuck at tutorial 3 at step "skyline map". I tried to create a New Map Layer > Mapping, connected to the right png-File as Mapping file, filled in all the correct numbers for bounds, but I am not capable of adding a row to Mappings. Whenever I add a new row and start typing something into one of the fields (Attribute / Channel / Minimum / Maximum), the row mistierioulsy disappears. It doesn't matter which field I try to fill in. I am not sure if there is anybody here stil working on the tutorials and can eventually help me in this case. If not, I would consider it is a bug that only the IT-service at ESRI's can fix, right? Thanks for any help! Lisa Link to Tutorial: http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/cityengine/10.2/index.html#/Tutorial_3_Map_control/02w10000000t000000/
