There is a problem in my organization's web maps where information from a joined table only appears intermittently when using the identify tool. We have a polygon feature service for parcels on our GIS server that is joined to SQL data from another server by parcel number. All the data appears properly when using ArcGIS desktop, but when using our web maps or even the map viewer in ArcGIS online, the joined data does not properly appear for many parcels when identifying a feature. If I refresh the page, a different set of features does not show the joined data. I have attached pictures to show what I mean. Here is a picture with with a properly working identified parcel: And here is a picture with empty joined data: I am unsure how to resolve this issue. It started happening within the past few months. I would appreciate any advice, but bear in mind I am by no means an ArcGIS expert.

I'm still getting the problem, too, and we have always had our network shares set to UPDATE. Would mapping the network drives using the "net use" command, rather than group policies, fix the issue?

We already have the group policy for the network shares set to UPDATE, but we get the problem, too. Any thoughts?

For various reasons, my organization needs to set up an additional ArcGIS server at a separate physical location from our current server. What is the best way to do this, performance-wise? Do we need another Enterprise license to do this? The new server needs to have the same data as the old server, so that if the old server goes down, the new one still functions properly.

Jonathan, I think the idle time might be the culprit. I'm going to try lowering that and see what happens.

The AGS version is 10.5. Most of the data in these maps is stored in SQL databases that are located on the same server. They are file geodatabases. However, new processes don't seem to be created on the server if I access the same data in ArcMap for desktop. There are a few folders that are registered as data stores, as well, the most notable of which is where our imagery is stored.

My organization's ArcGIS server hosts several Flash/Flex viewer maps. It seems that the server creates new ArcSOC EXE processes each time someone accesses one of the maps. The ArcGIS documentation says that these processes are supposed to be reused and eventually killed, but they never seem to be killed on their own. Eventually they start taking up too much memory and our maps stop working until I go into the Task Manager and kill them manually. How do I stop this from happening?
