Hi @TonghuiMing - many thanks for getting back to me; I've logged a call now. I have added a filter widget to the first map, but removing it doesn't seem to affect the interactions with the second map. What I was referring to above was that when I select a feature on the first map, it is configured to carry out a series of actions on the second map, to zoom it in around the selected feature, and filter several other contextual layers to show only the features that share a unique ID with that selected feature. I've attached a screenshot of the series of actions that are currently configured against the first map. The second map is in a separate view from the first map, so these actions are effectively "queued" until that other view is selected and re-rendered. But then when the second map is rendered, the unfiltered data is requested and rendered before or even while the filtering and zooming actions are being applied. Ideally this wouldn't be happening at all, and instead all the changes that need to be made to the second map's extent and layer where clauses would be applied before (rather than during or after) it is rendered.

I've built an experience in which a selection made on the first map causes the layers in the second map to be filtered. In general it works well, but in some cases the second map fails to re-render all the layers after their filters have been applied, so the graphics for records that have been "filtered out" can tend to remain visible on one or two of the layers, until the map is zoomed in or out or otherwise forced to redraw. It seems like the sensible thing would be for all filtering and selection logic to be applied before zooming and panning actions, with a final redraw of everything just for good measure. I get the feeling that the order of execution is to some degree influenced by the order in which the actions are listed, but I'm not sure whether it's simple as the first item in the list being executed first (or last), or if there is already some kind of effort in place to reprioritise the different kinds of actions. So I feel like I'm just winging it to get it to work! I switched one of the misbehaving layers from a "framework-based filter" to a "map-based filter", and added a selection action on the other one, and have played around with the order in which the map actions are listed. And thankfully that seems to force enough redraws to end up with a map that is rendered correctly. Is this a known "vulnerability" of experience builder, and if so are there established practices for handling it (e.g. a recommended order in which to list the different actions, so that they "agree" with the map rendering)? If not, could it please be attended to fairly urgently, as it could threaten to make such apps unpublishable!

It doesn't seem to be possible currently to offer the familiar set of "format" options (e.g. PDF, PNG, etc) to the user within the official print widget. Is this planned for a future release?

I'm also curious to know the storage location in order to check the size of the packages created. Can anyone tell us where they are stored?

The release version of the Field Maps Android app runs fine on my Windows 11 laptop, but installing it involved jumping through some awkward hoops, to set up the "subsystem" and sideload it via adb. I've found the latest beta apk, but I still can't see any accompanying instructions about how to install it on Windows 11. I imagine a fair amount of work must be being done on devising a more streamlined installation procedure than I ended up going through, with the release version... have any such instructions been published, as part of the beta programme?

The add-in now requires me to change my privacy settings, and even then won't run due to an organisational policy restriction; no such problems with the previous version.

Is it possible to download the new 2022.2 version of the add-in without using the Microsoft Store? I've found this page but, for the time being at least, it's only offering the 2022.1 version: Download ArcGIS for Office (esri.com) Will the 2022.2 version also require a (new) set of portal resources be installed within ArcGIS Enterprise?

Hi @TonghuiMing, I don't think we could very easily share our data, but here's a screenshot of the JavaScript error(s). I wonder if it's a subtly different bug, since the minified object name is "r" rather than "s"!?

Is it just me... or is it difficult/impossible to make non-hosted data exports available in an experience? I've tried the 10.9.1 and dev builders, table widgets and query widgets; and although the relevant option always looks like it's enabled (by default) on these data sources, the option to export data never appears in the built app. Can anyone tell me if I'm missing something, or is there currently a limitation/bug that means that only hosted data can be made available for export?

It's great to see that the water industry data models are still being worked on, but there seems to be a minor inconsistency in the asset package GDB provided within the "Sewer Data Management for ArcGIS Enterprise" solution (v1) zip file - the rename table still has references to "collector force main" and "interceptor force main" asset types which have elsewhere been replaced with a single "force main" asset type. Can we simply add another record to this table to support renaming of the new asset type, and ignore/remove the rename records pertaining to the asset types that have been deprecated?

This page feels a little bit unloved - would it perhaps make a bit more sense to be posting these on the "data model status" thread? I had been told to check the "status" thread for this latest version of these tools (by a representative of Safe, who thought that's where it would appear), and hence have only just discovered it today, 2 months after you posted it!

Similarly, the transsubnetworklength and distsubnetworklength summary attributes should be based on the summed lengths of lines with an asset type of 1 and 2 (respectively) - rather than asset groups 1 and 2. This can be fixed in an existing utility network (with topology disabled) by running Add Network Attribute, Set Network Attribute, and Set Subnetwork Definition.

I'm not sure if this is the most effective place to mention this, but we've spotted a glitch in the latest water distribution asset package (3.2) - it is designed to report the "service connection count" per subnetwork but isn't correctly configured to do so within most of its tiers. It turns out to be quite easy to fix - by editingthe relevant records in the "B_Subnetwork_Summaries" table of the package GDB before applying it to the enterprise GDB.

I should also explain that I'm hosting the finished apps in an IWA-enabled directory, and storing the actual service credentials in the ESRI proxy script config. So possibly a bit of an "edge case"!?
