Hello, I am creating ArcGIS dashboard in ArcGIS Portal. And would like to embed a link to a shared folder in our organization which needs to be open in a separate window.  It was working in the earlier version of 10.6, and after migrating to 10.8 it is not pointing to the folder, but going to a blank tab. I am creating a dashboard to showcase the corporate assets and would like to open the file locations in the corporate network from the pop-up window. I have created the 'Pop-up' from "A custom attribute display' and configured the html link which is opening the file location in the web map. The pop-up in the Dashboard created using the same web map doesn't open the link, it directs to a blank page, as the tool tip displays the enterprise gis portal which precedes the file location. Coordinate conversion Which is the best practice for coordinate conversion of the features / shape files? I often use the following method Import the xy from excel (know coordinate system) Event layer to shape file Data Management Tools --> Projections and Transformations --> Project - To get the output data in the required coordinate system selected.  Calculate Geometry in newly added fields to get the x&y values of new coordinate system    A second method : Import the xy from excel (know coordinate system) Event layer to shape file Open a new map, Assign the required coordinate system to the data frame Add the shape file from step 2. into the new map with a different coordinate system and apply the transformation.
