The ARIS Grid & Raster Editor for ArcMap has extended its support to edits on multi-band RGB rasters. Using the RGB Composite renderer you can edit 1, 2 or 3 bands at the same time for the bands set to the Red, Green and Blue channel. Of course all the drawing tools available for the single band rasters can be used for multi-band rasters.Below an example using the Polygon tool: Available for all current ArcGIS 10 versions (10.0 - 10.4): http://www.aris.nl/gridrastereditor_arcmap

This can be done with the latest version of the "Grid & Raster Editor for ArcMap". It supports many editable single and multi-band rasters in ArcGIS. The toolbar provides a set of tools to change the value of one or more cells. With these tools it is possible to: draw a free line or edit single cells (pencil) draw straight lines from one point to another (line) draw a solid polygon (polygon) change the value/color of a zone of cells with identical values (paintcan) replace one value with another value in the entire grid (value replacer) create a selection area in the map to limit the working area for the above operations (edit area) Available for ArcGIS 10.0 - 10.8 on https://www.aris.nl/gridrastereditor_arcmap

There is a tool for this: ARIS Grid & Raster Editor for ArcMap (http://www.aris.nl/gridrastereditor_arcmap) This tool is available for ArcGIS 9.x (only ESRI GRID) and ArcGIS 10.x (also many other raster formats like: BIL, BIP, BSQ, ENVI, Erdas IMG, FGDBR, (Geo)TIFF, ... Many common drawing tools can be used on raster data like: pencil/freehand, line, polygon, paintcan, replace specific values, selection area. Hi Adhimoolam, If you download (through Open button) on http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=cb7065146659428e9eadc9cd88268b9f it will now contain an updated version of gdal1.8. Note: it is still called gdal1.8 but changes have been made between the version for ArcGIS 10.1/10.2 and the one for ArcGIS 10.3/10.3.1.

Now I want to upgrade to ArcGIS 10.3 but now our drivers do not work, and there is no information on any changes. The custom raster format page is moved now to: http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=cb7065146659428e9eadc9cd88268b9f But it still ends with info on ArcGIS 10.1

Hi Marc, We support some custom raster formats throug GDAL: ARIS ASCII Grid Reader for ArcGIS ARIS APS Reader (OPS output) for ArcGIS Both drivers needed an upgrade from GDAL 1.6 to 1.8 while moving from ArcGIS 10.0 to ArcGIS 10.1 At the time we had to move to ArcGIS 10.2 there was no info to be found about ArcGIS 10.2 and GDAL, but apparently it just worked as ArcGIS 10.2.x is still using GDAL 1.8. So both our tools work as one version with ArcGIS 10.1/10.2/10.2.1/10.2.2

A VB.Net editor is now available as an extension to ArcMap: http://www.aris.nl/dotnetscripting_arcmap The VB.Net code is stored in the MXD as you were used to with VBA. Edit, build and run within your ArcMap session. You will have to use VB.Net instead of VBA, but the differences between VBA and VB.Net are not that great. Especially as you don't need Visual Studio. VB.Net is used as a scripting language within ArcMap.
