Hi. We have found a bug on the Export to CSV function that was going undetected for 2 years and it might have already caused issues with the exported data. All our ArcGIS services are published in British National Grid. (BNG) but our WebAppbuilder map is using ESRI Basemaps in Web Mercator. When you Export a point layer to CSV from the Attribute Table you get the X and Y coordinates in BNG. (CORRECT) When you select some points from the same layer using the Select Widget tool and then you try to : Export Selected as CSV - > BUG #1 there are no coordinates PRESENT. Open in Attribute Table - > Export to CSV -> BUG #2 the coordinates are in WebMercator instead of BNG. So we are getting 3 different exports for the same layer. If you do fix the bug can you please post the fix here so we can apply it on our current version ? Instead of waiting for the next version of WebAppbuilder. Thanks.

Leaving only the SHAPE@WKT field in the UpdateCursor and updating only that fixed it. Thanks.

There are 300 new features that are beeing read from a SearchCursor. Their geometry is then stored on a python list as Geometry object and as WKT plus the OBJECTID During the UpdateCursor each feature is matched with the ones that were read before from the python list based on OBJECTID. If matched then the tmpRow[1] = objectlist[matchedindex] geometry.
#even constructing a new Geometry from the WKT like this does not work
tmpRow[1] = arcpy.FromKWT(objectlist[matchedindex] wkt)

Hi. I am having the following issue when i try to update an SDE Geodatabase featureclass geometry from arcpy Using: ArcGIS 10.3.1 SQL Server Geodatabase Line featureclass with enabled: Archiving , Editor Tracking and Registered as Versioned. The line featureclass also participates in a replica as the source layer. The line fetureclass can be edited fine from arcmap. The issue: Because we do receive new updated line geometries (features) from another source i have bulid a python script that joins the 2 datasets based on an attribute key and and tries to update the geometry on the Line Featureclass. I am using the following code tu update the geometry. fieldNames = ['ID', 'SHAPE@','SHAPE@WKT']
edit.startEditing()
edit.startOperation()
with arcpy.da.UpdateCursor(line_layer, fieldNames) as updateCursor:
for tmpRow in updateCursor:
tmpRow[1] = #newgeometry that was read previusly
updateCursor.updateRow(tmpRow)
edit.stopOperation()
edit.stopEditing(True) The code runs without any error but the geometry is not updated. I tested the code for other attributes and they were updated correctly. Any ideas ? Thanks.

Hi. We are intersecting large amounts of features form a filegeodatabse from a python script and we are using 64 bit background proccesing. The machine has 16GB Ram and 12GB available when the script starts. The issue is that the Intersect tool fails to run sometimes, especially when it has previusly run once. We have observed that the RuntimeLocalServer.exe instance consumens too much memory reaching 12GB and then tool crashes. Each time the script crashes the RuntimeLocalServer.exe memory consumption is about 3GB (it seems to be leaking memory) My questions are: 1-) What is the maximum abount of memory that RuntimeLocalServer.exe is allowed to use ? 2-) Is the Intersect tool expected to be so much memory hungry ? 3-) What are the best practices for managing memory in such cases when there are multiple tools running in the python script ? How should we clrear out the memory from the previus tool ? Thanks in advance.

Hi. Our ArcGIS server 10.3.1 uses WebTier Authentication and it is playing well with the latest versions of 2d online maps and webappbuilder. We are now trying to create 3D scenes from custom LiDAR surfaces published from ArcGIS server and it seems AGOL 3D scenes fail to load layers from WebTier Authentication. The same thing happens also with 3D WebAppbuilder Apps Thanks.

Hi. Has anyone integrated Google Analytic api into a WebAppBuilder application ? Is there any ready to use widget where you place the google API KEY in the config file and it takes care of the rest ? I know i am asking a lot. Thanks.

Surprisingly running the WebAppbuilder on a Windows Server 2008 R2 machine solved the CPU issue. (3-15%max) But more surprisingly that machine was running as a Virtual Box Machine inside my Windows 7 machine which was having issues. It seems that Node.js likes the VMs better. Hope this helps.
