Open the project pane (in the View Tab), or the Project View, then pick Portal, and you'll either get your ArcGIS.com content, or your Portal content if you've done as Dan has suggested. You will have had to connect to ArcGIS.com OR Portal to even open up ArcGIS Pro.

I can screenshot just fine... And an export to *.jpg works ok too. It's the lack of ArcGIS Pro's ability to deal with huge vector data-set's when exporting to *.pdf that's bugging me. I've long since worked around the issue... but it's a work-around.

250 DPI, layered or not, still about the same. It is fairly vector dense ~ 93000 complex polygons (yes I know it's impractical to see any detail... I'm just trying to avoid having to dissolve everything just to export). Unfortunately I can't post a pic as it's confidential... Layout is letter 8.5" x 11"... Have also tried image compression, reducing image quality, etc.

I have an 8.5 x 11 layout that I want to export to pdf. Some of the feature classes have a lot of complex polygon features. I've been playing around with the export options, but I can't seem to get the resulting pdf size under 1.2 GB... which takes several minutes to create. This is of course totally impractical... Seems like it might be due to the size/complexity of the feature classes... Any way around it?

Is it in the service or in the Silverlight viewer? (check the REST url) I've never had problems with the service showing unique values... UNLESS you are using multiple attributes to differentiate between the unique values. But that breaks down at the service level (nothing to do with the Silverlight viewer).

Yeah... I was afraid that would be the answer. I guess I'll keep working on an alternative method of doing it using Python... Thanks

There doesn't seem to be any way to add tables to elements in ArcGIS Pro, or create reports as in previous versions... Is there any plan to add this functionality? (either through the ability to add callouts as labels or by adding table elements as in Production Mapping)

From what I understand, you can publish a feature service for disconnected editing (as per the link above) but this is only available in Server version 10.2.1 and above (functional in 10.2.1, but I think it's recommended to go with 10.2.2 if you plan on using this functionality...) I have yet to finish our upgrade, so haven't been able to test it yet, although I've tested it with hosted services on ArcGIS online with the Collector app, and it seems to work well.
