When I edit the existing default Statistic Reports or add a new report in ArcGIS Server 10.9.1 (all patches are up to date), the reports in Server Admin are all named with just numbers, including the edited default reports.

I just tested and yes, the Usage Report with all numbers came back. This was with stand-alone ArcGIS Server 10.9.1.

That worked for us. Thanks! The layer was working fine and we were able to edit the data directly in AGO - until suddenly it stopped working. Very odd. I tried to overwrite the xlsx with no luck. Had to delete the spreadsheet entirely.

That fixed our issue, too! I found that just opening the Statistics page in ArcGIS Server Manager cleared out the usage report with all numbers. We fixed it this way on a few servers. Thanks!

Glad to see some progress on this. I REALLY need to see the date modified for the maps. As a web administrator it makes me sad to lose the functionality of ArcCatalog - especially for use with stand-alone ArcGIS Server.

Yeah, I'm bummed about this. I hope they improve functionality in Server Manager. I agree that I'm not sure how incorporating it into Portal will help with stand-alone Server installs. All of our public services are stand-alone. We only use Enterprise/Portal internally.

I agree with this 100%. Server Manager is no way equivalent to using ArcCatalog for stopping/starting/deleting services. Especially when you're working with a dozen or more servers with services in multiple folders. In Catalog I can open all my server connections and see all my service folders in one spot. It takes a very long time to perform the same tasks in Manager, especially when you have to login to each one, and then cycle through pages and pages of services. As a web administrator I spend a lot of time in ArcCatalog, and now that I'm migrating our 200+ services to Pro it's very disheartening to see the decline in functionality.

We are also interested in this option. We'd like to be able to add an audio controller into the Guided Tour in the text panel, similar to the older style Guided Tour. Since we can't do that we're turning static images into videos with the audio added to it. For the user it's not readily apparent that audio is playing since the sound is off by default. We'd need to add instructions. It would be great to have the option to turn auto audio/video on /off in the setting options.

Yes, would be great to have a global setting for a favicon for all apps, dashboards, etc. as well as an individual setting. Our public affairs and communication office would prefer us to use use our own icons.I appreciate and use the option in Hub.

Good morning Patrick, The download data is good now. Do you anticipate that the manual cache refresh will be able to be automated via script? We are a fast growing county and our data changes frequently. Thanks, again! Sue GIS Web Administrator Office of Mapping & Geographic Information 703-771-5949

We are having this same issue except our services are hosted in local ArcGIS Server. We had data updated today at 6:20 AM and at 1:17 PM the downloaded data is still not updated. Loudoun Land Use Existing Structures The data tab shows the correct information: The search results page shows the correct updated date but the old number of records: Download Cache it set to automatic. I tried the manual reset button several times to no avail. The data takes seconds to download so I'm assuming it wouldn't take long to update the cache. I waited over an hour after I first clicked to update the cache. For the two layers I'm currently having an issue with, all the data was replaced with new data, if that matters. We have other frequently downloaded data (addresses, parcels) that is typically updated 4 days a week. Those appear to be fine right now with the last update occurring 3 days ago. (Similarly, when adding or removing a field in a layer I have to unshare and reshare with Open Data as the workaround stated above for the change to show up correctly.) Thanks, Sue

The option to add all content in a group is great! I agree about the card sizing using the gallery. We use the iframe to display group contents because we really like the design and small size of the app-cards. These are applications that get swapped out regularly and are of less importance than our main card-focused applications. It's great to be able to just share/unshared with a group to update the hub page. Unfortunately, the responsiveness of the iframes is nonexistent. We'd like to use the gallery item but it would only be practical if we could set the card sizes to what we need. - Loudoun County
