Thanks for the reply Anna. I was able to upgrade my Illustrator to v 27.9 and Maps for Adobe extension to 3.6. When I go to log into ArcGIS Online I still get that same error message screen. However it does work when I disconnect from my organization's VPN. Something in our organization's network settings or firewall must be blocking access to ArcGIS Online authentication through Illustrator. I can speak to my IT about it but would you have any recommendations?

I am running into a similar issue when trying to log to ArcGIS Maps for Creative Cloud in after a while. I have a license through my AGOL account and I can log in through all the browsers but when I try through Illustrator I get this error (I covered up the token info): I am on Illustrator v 25.1 Not sure what to do about this?

I didn't create the idea but I think the issue is that we would like to be able to edit the Portal login page, before anyone gets to the home page. Users click on a desktop icon or link to Portal and are sent to the login page. Often, users get confused as to whether they have to put in their whole email, username with domain, or AGOL login etc. It would be great to add instructions directly on this screen:

I assumed this was available on Field Maps by now but looks like that is not the case from this link: https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/arcgis-online/mapping/from-the-smart-editor-to-smart-forms/ It says 'Reverse Geocoding is not yet available using Calculated expressions in Smart Forms.' This functionality would be hugely beneficial to our field staff collecting tree information.

There is a possible workaround that I saw used in this Peel Census Hub site and tried to replicate. 1) Add a Row to the bottom of the page 2) In the Row CSS Class, enter a class name such as fixed 3) Add a text element to the row 4) Edit the text in html and add similar code: <style>
div.fixed {
position: fixed;
bottom: 10px;
right: 10px;
border: 1px solid white;
}
</style>
<div class="fixed">
<calcite-button class="btn-solid" href="#Top">Back to Top</calcite-button></div> 5) Create or use an existing text element at the top on the page and add the following HTML code in the editor: <a id="Top"></a>

I was trying something similar and I found that the null filter you are trying only filters the available choices in the Category field based on the filtered data, not the data itself. The data itself is filtered by the category selector choices and the Actions. Unfortunately I think what you are trying to do may not be possible, but there is an ArcGIS Idea you can vote on: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-dashboards-ideas/add-null-override-category-to-selector/idi-p/1011506

I also see this issue with the time slider not showing up in a story map but working in the map viewer. The screenshot looks the same. I will have to disable the time animation functionality until a fix is found.

I had asked our Esri rep about this previously and she recommended the Make Feature Layer Tool (Make Feature Layer (Data Management)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation ) or saving layer files of the events and then running the Overlay Route Events tool. Just had to reread the email she had sent months ago. So far that seems to be working. Thanks for your help.

Thanks Nathan. I tried creating a query layer in ArcMap using the script from the link you provided. When I try to input the query layer Road LRS into the Overlay Route Event Tool I get the following error message: Unable to get Network properties from the LRS Meta Data table. Unable to parse parameters. Failed to execute (OverlayRouteEvents). I did try to run the Overlay Route Event tool both programmatically and within ArcMap. I also tried using the ArcMap Make Query Layer tool and then putting the output query into the Overlay Route Event Tool but get the same result. Any idea where the error could be coming from?

My org started using Roads and Highways this year and would like to create a standalone python script to run the overlay route events tool. We were able to create a script based on the code here: Overlay Route Events—Location Referencing for Roads and Highways | ArcGIS Desktop However, we would like both the LRSN and event layers to have definition queries set on them so that only current roads are output. When I bring the LRSN and event layers to ArcMap, they are automatically queried as follows: (FromDate is null or FromDate<=CURRENT_TIMESTAMP) and (ToDate is null or ToDate>CURRENT_TIMESTAMP) Would anyone know how to apply the query in the python before running the overlay route events tool? Thanks, Charmalee

I'm trying to replicate the functionality of the Flex esearch widget for an owner mailing list application that people in my org are still using (but in need of an upgrade). I've looked into a few different options including the Public Notification widget but e-search is still the best for its speed and functionality. I have a few questions that I can't seem to figure out. The workflow is that the user selects a property (by attribute or by graphic) and then creates a buffer from the property to select from the buffer graphic.Then they export the results to csv. To make the process simple, I would like to disable the Results tab from automatically opening every time a search is completed. The user can open it manually when they are finished selecting a property and applying the buffer. Is there a way to disable the Results tab from auto opening after a search? Also in the By Spatial tab, is there a way to disable the pop-up that says 'Do you want to use the Buffer Graphics or the Selection Graphics?' and instead choose Buffer graphics by default? None of these are essential, but would help in making the application simpler for the average user. Thanks so much!

This worked in my case - I created a list element and sorted by descending last edited date. I then added a filter so the map would highlight the last edited feature when the top item in the list was clicked on. Mine is also using a related record, but the data is in one table using an Oracle view.

There is a workaround that works for me if the query satisfies all the tags. I added the query in this format: all(print map,official plan) This is similar to linking directly to results from multiple queries. Just make sure there are no spaces between the tags.
