Thank you, don't know why I didn't think of that but that worked perfectly for what I was needing. Thanks again Abdullah

I can display the number of patients by census tracts using dot density but I also want to display expected percent change in the future. I don't think I can do both of those with symbology, is there a way to convert from a polygon to points based on the number of patients by census tract so that I have a feature class that looks like a dot density?

I appreciate the responses, we are supposed to be upgrading to 10.1 in the next month or so and because of that I will just wait till then as this project didn't have a high priority. Thanks again.

Recently I was tasked with generating service areas for two locations in Los Angeles. The customer wants to see the visual difference in the service areas based on the time of day the traveling nurses go out. They aren't supposed to go beyond 30 minutes of the facility so they are trying to determine visually the best time of day as well as day of the week to go. I am working in 10.0 and have ESRI's Streetmap Premium Advanced (NAVTEQ) but do not see an interface to allow you to enter the time of like you do in the routing analysis. Is it even possible to do what has been requested with what I have? My end goal was going to be generating service areas for Monday thru Friday every hour between 0800 and 1600.

I know a longer work around but this is an ongoing question so I was wondering if anyone can help me out. I work for the Veterans Health Administration. We have a list of all hospitals with the bigger medical centers (VAMC) being parent stations. Within their network their are community based outpatient clinics (CBOCS), each assigned to a parent station. What I am trying to find is the avg drivetime (AvgDT) and distance (AvgDD) from the CBOCs to their parent station. I think I would use the OD Cost Matrix with CBOCs being the origins and the VAMCs being the destinations. I'm only interested in the the relationship between the CBOCs and their parent station. Is there a way to only look at that relationship or is it only going to spit out every possibility whether its to parent station or not. Other background info: 812 CBOC's 152 VAMC's Using ESRI Streetmap Premium Advanced Navteq

This question came up from folks in the field who noticed roads that aren't in the StreetMap network. I realize not all roads are in the geometric network but does anyone know where I can find documentation on about what percentage of US roads are included in the network?
