Hi all, Is it possible to add custom items to the 'Open' drop down on a map items details page? I need to add the following. I have a map service in portal. The map service has a SOE registered (The SOE has a print operation that allows me to export a PDF print layout of the map). Is it possible to add a 'Print Map' option to the 'Open' drop down? The option would then need to call the SOE's print operation (via a soap/rest url). As a minor requirement, I'd like to only add the option if the map has the SOE registered as a capability. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Hi Paul, Did you find a solution? I'm also having the same issue. I've also found that when modelling unique indexes, post import the uniqueness constraint is removed. Did you have a similar issue too? Dan

We are having the same issue. ArcGIS Server 10.2 - SSL (OTB self-signed) - Windows Domain for Users / Roles - Web Tier Security Web Adaptor -Windows Authentication (NTLM as Provider, but also tried negotiate). The result is my user's role's are not being respected. They can't access services that they have been given access to. The problem persists when i use SSL and when i don't. This is clearly a serious product issue and my client is very frustrated.

Hi, We use the flex api and the Flex viewer to allow our users to draw graphics on the map. We then pass the geometry JSON using the API serialization tools to the server and save it to the database using a feature cursor. The problem is that the new feature does render on the map until i restart the map service. I have tried clearing both the browser cache and REST end point cache however no luck. Only a restart of the map service resolves the issue. Does anyone know why this may be the case? We are stuck unfortunately 😞

Hi, Does anyone know if the ArcGIS JsonObject class within the SOE Support assembly uses the .NET DataContract attribute when serializing objects? I"m trying to determine if i can use the [IgnoreDataMember] attribute to avoid circular references from occurring during JSON Serialization. thanks
