@jvarasanz , Thanks for providing the feedback. I can reproduce the issue by using your XLSForm file. We are working on a fix and will let you know the plan soon.

Hi Ha Anh Nguyen, Thank you for the feedback. The fix to this bug will be included in the next Survey123 3.9 release (planned in April), please stay tuned with our blog. By the way, Ismael's attached XLSForm is used to reproduce the bug but not a workaround for your issue. If you get a Support Service case number, please let us know. Thanks, Zhifang

Hi Elizabeth Hovsepian, Would you mind sharing a screenshot of what checkboxes (checked and unchecked) look like in your generated report? We've seen some other UI style of the rendered checkbox but just want to confirm with your case before we had detailed discussion. Thanks, Zhifang

Hi Bradley Wells, I can manage to submit a record as an anonymous user in the new web app by following Ismael Chivite's instructions. If you're still having the problem on even a simple survey created by Survey123 Connect, please ensure the following settings in your org are enabled: Members can share content publicly "Share with public" privilege is granted to you If any of the above is not satisfied, you'll not be able to share any item to public/see the "Everyone (Public)" option in the sharing dialog of ArcGIS Online.

Robert, If your deployed app' resources are all public, I think it's fine with this workflow and does not require any edits to the app to make it work on your server. However, if there's some resources that requires authentication, or that's not shared to public, then OAuth2 authentication will occurs in your deployed app. This depends. If you deploy the download app to the same machine which Web AppBuilder runs on, the app will woks fine, you don't need to do additional work. If you run Web AppBuilder on machine A (your development machine) and logged into Portal on machine A, and then want to deploy the app (which has private resource in Portal on machine A) on machine B, what you have to do is my answer above: add machine B's FQDN to the redirect uri list in the item's App Info which is created automatically by WAB in your Portal on machine A. If you run WAB on machine A and logged into Portal on machine B (your server), and then want to deploy the app which has private resource in Portal on machine B, what you have to do is to add machine B's FQDN to the redirect uri list in the item's App Info which is created automatically by WAB in your Portal on machine B. For your workflow, I think it's same as situation 2. You run WAB on machine A and logged into Portal runs on machine A, made an app has private resources on machine A and want to deploy it to machine B, is this right? Hope I have made it clear for you. If you have still any questions, please let me know.

Robert Scheitlin I'm agreed with you to have a FAQ about such as "if app was built on machine A and deployed on machine B, do this... if app was built on machine A and deployed on machine A, do this..." things, and I believe the develop team will add this soon. FQDN=fully qualified domain name. You need to go to "my content" in your portal on which account you logged into in Web AppBuilder, and you'll find a item named "Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS", then edit it, update the App Info, add your machine's FQDN on which you want to deploy the app to the redirect uri's list. Then you'll see the app depolyed on the other machine works. All this is due to OAuth2, please read and fully understand the info on "http://xxxxxxxxxx:3344/webappbuilder/?action=signin".

I've tested a online csv directly from google docs (url end with "/export?format=csv" ) in my webmap, it displays fine in both MapViewer of ArcGIS Online and Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (showed in Layerlist Widget). Can you share the exact csv url?

Hi Matthew, Did you deploy the created app on the same machine which Web Appbuilder running or on a different machine? If you deploy the app on a different machine, you have to add the machine's FQDN as a redirect uri to the Portal's item which is created automatically by WAB for OAuth use. And could you provide a screen capture of what the console log saying in Chrome when widgets can not load? Thanks.

You don't have to edit the env.js of created app, by default the created app using the js api comes with your portal. However, there is one thing important. When you first open WAB on your machine, it asks you to log into Portal, for instance, you logged into Portal: http://abc.com, then WAB will automatically create an item and register the item with an app id an return url for using for OAuth2, this is documented on the WAB's setportalurl page. Notice that, the auto created item in your Portal, whose return url is the same with your webserver's name which your WAB runs on, for this instance, the return url of the item is also http://abc.com. So you can now only deploy your app on http://abc.com. If you deploy your app created on http://abc.com'sWAB to http://def.com, it does have a problem. This is because the http://def.com url is not registered as the return url of your Portal's item. The solution is to add http://def.com as the return url into the Portal's item (which is automatically created by WAB).

Unfortunately, missing osm is a bug of beta2, the only work round is to add it as an Item into Portal and using Lucas's way to add it to WAB.
