I have a similar question about the EditDate field. When an edited survey is submitted a new webhook is generated. Our users want to see that Edit Date field in the subject line of the webhook so they know it's an edited survey and not a new submission. If I use the same syntax as the rest of my date/time conversions but just substitute the Edit Date field I get an error. Is there some other way to do this? addseconds('1970-1-1', Div(triggerBody()?['feature']?['attributes']?['EditDate'],1000) , 'yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss')

The idea is a great one and has already been submitted by someone else a couple years back. You can go to this link and vote it up. Add Multiple Related Records

Is it possible to have a select_one Type that would then trigger multiple autopopulated answers? For example, our Light Dept uses Survey123 to check out inventory from the Warehouse. Once the survey is submitted a webhook is triggered to send an email to the warehouse that the crew will be coming to get the inventory. So currently they choose items individually. They would like to have the option to choose an assembly instead of individual items? For example, if the guys are going to install a 2” riser, instead of having them order the 2” conduit, stand offs, 2” clamps, bell end, bends, nuts, bolts, etc., they could instead just choose an assembly unit “2 Inch Riser”, and it selects all of the individual items for them automatically? I've tried the pulldata function but I'm stuck on what calculation or relevant command to use in the excel spreadsheet to get all the items associated with the 2" riser to pull from the spreadsheet. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you, Michelle

I'm curious about how everyone is managing their surveys. We are starting to have quite a collection of surveys that need to be updated each time a small change has to be made to a list (example: crew names). I'm wondering if there is a way to batch update these surveys. It's pretty time consuming to go through each one update the list and then republish. Is there any way to make this process easier?

We have a feature service that just started doing this too. Our data is set to accept null values for the date fields. It wasn't doing this before.

We have quite a few assignment types in one project. Some assignments require different surveys to be filled out at one location. I'm surprised more people haven't asked for this feature.

We want to be able to pass info from a Workforce assignment to multiple surveys. Is there any workaround for attaching more than one Survey123 form to an assignment type? Currently if a survey is linked to an assignment type it grays it out. See example below. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

Can anyone tell me how to format the excel spreadsheet in Survey123 so I don't get double quotes for what should be an inch symbol? I'm pulling data from the info.csv table to populate fields. See example attached.

Yes the individual meter serial #, manufacturer, size, meter read, install date, location or apt #, etc will be in the related meter unit table.

Our Gas/Light meters, transformers, etc all have related tables for each individual unit. For example, a meter setting (geographic location) with a meter unit related to that location. For apt complexes there can be quite a few meters related to that one point. In order to see what meter is there they have to go to another web map or desktop to see where to place the Workforce assignment. The field crews also have to switch to Collector to see the meter unit info. It would be much easier to have all that info in one platform, the Workforce desktop/mobile app.

That's unfortunate since some of our users/dispatchers are only using this Workforce platform for their GIS needs. These people are not GIS savvy and asking them to go to other platforms is frustrating to them and not an option.

Not sure if it's related to the update but we are seeing a problem using the drag/drop feature when adding attachments in Chrome and Edge. When you drag a file over it opens the attachment in the browser instead of adding it to the assignment and subsequently you lose all your info you just added to the assignment. It's quite frustrating. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Is there a way to view related tables/info in Workforce? I can see the table in the AGOL Dispatcher/Worker maps but I don't see the table when viewing the map through the Workforce web/mobile app. Thanks, Michelle

Update to below question: The Join View layer isn't working in the new Collector but does in the Classic. I get an error in the new Collector that says: Layer failed to load. Any ideas why? Original Question: We have inspections that we do on a monthly basis that I'd like to use this join view on. Sorry if I'm missing the obvious but if all the inspections are in one related table how do you reset the layer back to show the features as uninspected or without the green circle so that the inspection process can start over again. Thanks, Michelle
