Yes this solved our connection issue. Here is the link to the Driver we installed. Download Microsoft® ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server® - Windows, Linux, & macOS from Official Microsoft Download Center

No I don't think that is correct. Like I said, Bing works fine in maps for Collector and in ArcGIS Online as well in our Desktop software. Its only in Explorer. And they are all using the same Bing key/token. Explorer had a similar problem a little over a year ago and it took an ESRI update to fix it. Is no one else experiencing problems with their Bing base maps in Explorer on iOS?

Bing base maps don't appear to be working any more in our Explorer maps. It works online when using AGO to create the map services and it works fine in Collector. However when we navigate to Explorer maps with Bing basemaps we get an error that it "can't find the the Bing key". We had this similar problem over a year ago and an eventual update to the Explorer for iOS fixed the issue. Perhaps we are seeing the same problem rear its head again. iOS 11.3 came out recently and its about the same time this started happening.

So we figured out that the problem was our Federated Services Certificate had expired. Once we generated a new one, ESRI was able to help me find the correct tool in AGO to apply the new certificate.

We use Azure to allow users to login using their Enterprise accounts to all our AGO apps. But this morning we are getting a SAML error. Our IT staff say nothing has changed on our end. Anyone else experiencing this same error?

I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing the new error with iOS 10+ using Explorer where Enterprise users cannot log in. I've spoken to ESRI and they have written it up as a bug, but I am looking for the community to help me with coming up with solutions. So far I have 3 which may or may not help anyone. 1- tell users to log into their web browser on the mobile device and go to arcgis.com to see their maps. Enterprise logins work here and there is a GPS option as well. Functionally though, it isn't Explorer. 2- port Explorer maps to Collector and just turn off editing. Again there is a reason we veer our end-users to Explorer, its easier. 3- create new arcgis.com accounts temporarily for users until the bug is fixed. Main problem is you only have so many accounts you can create. This has really hampered our deployment of mobile GIS and I didn't want anyone else to get blindsided by this. If you can think of a better alternative, I am eager to hear it.

Katie, thanks for the reply. The problem was I was clicking on the new option in Group creation which says: " Members can update all items in this group (If enabled, group membership will be limited to members of your organization only. This option can't be disabled later.)" For some reason this was hiding group names in my list and not allowing me to add maps to the new groups. I removed this setting and now I am free to create new groups and assign map-sharing with them. Thank you.

We have around 50 groups in our Organization's AGOL account. Recently, whenever we create a new group and then want to share maps with the group, the group name doesn't even appear as an option. Is there a limit to how many groups you can have? Thanks

My users are taking pictures and attaching them to points they GPS with Collector. Since they want to look at the various pictures over time, they would really like to be able to tag each one with a date, sort of how Editing Tracking auto-tags each object/record in the layer with username/date/time. I know the pictures they are taking with iPhones and iPads are already tagged with dates, is there anyway Collector can grab this data? Thanks

I'm not sure this is exactly what you are asking, but if you go into the Details of the Web Map under the tab called Settings you see the option to search/query your own data instead of the default basemap options.

Did they also have problems bringing in data separately into ArcMap or only when they loaded in their old MXDs? Thank you.

We are experiencing the same problem. ArcMap crashes for a user after we upgraded to 10.4.1. We had previously upgraded to SQL Server 2014 before our GIS upgrade. This user has this problem on multiple machines, wherever he logs in. Have you had any kind of resolution?

We've been testing in various locations around the world within our organization. Both on internal Wifis and using broadband connections, none of our collector services will work offline. We even tried removing layers, still no success. Apparently its time to call ESRI support.

Our organization is still having this problem. We have double checked all our work and there aren't any invalid layer names in the services. Thing is, our services were are all working fine in Collector until the last few weeks, now we cannot make any of our maps work offline. Is anyone else experiencing this?
