Hi Owen, thank you for the reply, but I mean the MAIN header not the chapter heading. We need, as example, to have the possibility to change only the name of the insect Aromia bungii in italic, leaving the other words in normal case. Selecting the text (as visible in the image below) no sub-menus appears giving the possibility to to modify the words. Is this planned in next releases of the SM? Thank you, Enrico

There is a possibility to modify (or to implement in future versions) the Header text style, to have a part in Italic? We need to create (lot of) StoryMaps where the title contain the name of the genus/specie of pests insects, and the scientific name is required to be written in italic, like: StoryMaps for survey of Aromia bungii (Faldermann, 1835) Thanks a lot. Hi Sebashan, unfortunately I haven't had access to raw data, nor to speak directly with interested people. Only thing that I know yet is that they use a Eiva Navi Pack Survey and the QPS Qinsy system, and have imported the output data in XYZ file format in ArcGIS desktop. If more info are available I'll update this thread. Enrico

Good morning, we have a potential customer that has acquired with his system a huge quantity of XYZ data for bathymetry. Does the future release will be able to import and process this kind of data? Any news concerning this new release? Thanks a lot, Enrico Bonino ESRI BeLux Wemmel, Belgium

Andy, Problem solved. I've installed on my PC ArcGIS 10.1 sp1, but not the MappingandCharting101SP1 and MappingandCharting101SP1Patch3, both not present in the software data server. Now the files can be opened correctly. Thank you very much for the prompt reply. Enrico Bonino ESRI BeLux Wemmel Belgium

Hi everybody, I've download some .bag files from the NOAA web site (http://maps.ngdc.noaa.gov/viewers/bathymetry/), created successfully a BIS file geodatabase, and added three test .bag files (coded as multibeam in the Data Type > Extended Metadata window), the process of importing seems to run without problem but at the end (the error tab give (0)Errors), clicking on the Close button I receive the "Unable to perform Collection query" message. This affect the processing of visualization, filtering, exporting of the data (that aren't visible anymore). The same error is present with different datasets download from the same NOAA site. Suggestion on how to solve this issue? I'm Working with ArcGIS 10.1, on Windows 7 Except of the ArcGIS 10.1 Help (http://resources.arcgis.com/en/help/main/10.1/#/What_is_ArcGIS_for_Maritime_Bathymetry/020300000002000000/) there is a tutorial with downloadable data to train on the use of this new extension? Thanks a lot for any input, Enrico Bonino ESRI BeLux Belgium

Hello everybody, I'm searching for a solution to link different viewers on ArcScene (if a solution exist) to be able to see the 3D models rotate one each other in accordance of a main (or active) Viewer. Something of similar existed on the older ArcView 3.x 3D Analyst module if I'm not wrong. Any hint? Available Extension? Suggestion? Thank you, Enrico
