I recently updated an older FC/ attachment to Global IDs with unique indexes. I used the geoprocessing tool Migrate Relationship Class in order to not have to rebuild the attachment table completely (20k records). This worked to have Supports ApplyEdits With Global Ids: true. However I have noticed that all attachments sent in via the survey123 completely lack the relationship GUID. The attachment exists, but the Relationship Global ID does not. BTW attachments added to the FC using Collector/ Web App builder honor the relationship key and write it in appropriately. Is this because the attribute is not called REL_GUID but instead an amalgamation of the original file name plus _GlobalID_2 given by the geoprocessing tool? Will I need to completely rebuilt the attachment table in order for Survey123 to properly input in the relationship key?

Has Survey123 Classic been removed from the Google Play Store? Older tablets that have it installed are able to locate it, but we are having issues finding it in Google Play for devices that do not have an installation. These are 32bit tablets. We are currently unable to switch to the newer style of Survey123 due to the requirements of archiving/ syncing transactions on the database.

James Tedrick We're seeing the same issue with our Portal set up. We have just stood up this configuration, and out first Survey seems to be working fine with data submission and when using the application (mobile/ desktop) to submit data and attachments. However we get the "Object Missing" Error whenever we use the web form to submit an attachment. Would you mind having a look at our survey and seeing if we're having the same proxy issues as you describe? Hey Aaron, Yes this is an export to excel, in order to better display and share the data. We have set up external web applications that hit the Assignments hosted feature class outside of the Work Force application in order to better manage the extent and amount of assignments that we deal with daily (avg about 1k). When you look at it in Work Force it does give the same date: We have a decently complicated system that auto-generates assignments from our GIS database. After some further research we think we see what's happening. It appears as if someone has been closing out the task associated with the assignment outside of work force, but not providing a closed date. The scripts we have in place are picking up that closure and showing the assignment as complete, but since a completed date is required at this point it appears as if Work Force is giving the epoch base date of 1/1/1970 (or 12/31/1969 @ 6pm due to the UTC shift). So it looks like this is an error in the workflow and not a glitch in the system (thankfully!)

Hey All, So here is an odd occurrence. It looks like the Completion Date is defaulting to the epoch/unix “null date” of January 1, 1970 at 00:00:00 GMT (1970-01-01 00:00:00 GMT). Except that we’re seeing a UTC time shift back 6 hours. What I’m thinking is happening is that somehow when the field user is pressing complete, that the time stamp is somehow not getting updated. Thoughts? Is it it just a random glitch or has anyone else seen this?

This might be a bit of a stretch, but here it goes. I have set up a choice filter that limits my INCIDENT_TYPE_ID based on my SWF_STATUS: active=${SWF_STATUS} The appearance of my INCIDENT_TYPE_ID is set to minimal (as per other question entry suggestions). I am passing data from an address feature service with a one to one related table: arcgis-survey123://?itemID=(SURVEYid)&field:SWF_RATE={relationships/0/SWF_RATE}&field:MLGW_STATUS={relationships/0/ACCT_STATUS}&field:SWF_STATUS={relationships/0/SWF_STATUS}&field:INCIDENT_TYPE_ID=10507&field:ADDRESS1={FULL_ADDRESS}&field:X={Y}&field:Y={X}&field:INCIDENT_AREA={SWM_AREA}&field:ZONE={SWM_ZONE}&field:COLLECTION_DAY={SWM_DAY_NO}&field:ROUTE={SMW_ROUTE}&field:PREM_CODE={PREM_CODE}&field:PARCEL_ID={PARCELID} All of this is working fine, save for one point. I would like to pass a predetermined INCIDENT_TYPE_ID for the ease of my end user. &field:INCIDENT_TYPE_ID=10507 However, with the choice filter in place it's not accepting the predetermined number from the URL. Seems crazy, I know. But here me out. The predetermined work flow is set to generally create a Picker Pile, except for when a location is set to Inactive, and then I need them to manually chose a Code Violation (different INCIDENT_TYPE_ID). What I would like to happen is that I pass along the predetermined Picker Pile INCIDENT_TYPE_ID until the choice filter activates due to an Inactive SWF_STATUS, in which case the INCIDENT_TYPE_ID fails and they have to manually pick from the Inactive choice list. Thoughts?? I'm currently using Survey123 Classic as (for other reasons) I can not activate GUID.

Howdy, I'm using the online Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS to create a reporting dashboard. I set up the Query Widget to help the end user query my feature service and return results. All of that is working fine, except that when I use the export to csv function it strips all of the times off of my date/time attributes. I've checked the services I published, the webmap feeding the web app, and the database. All show correct date/ time in the attribute field. When I look at individual pop-ups, I see the date/ time; in both the web map and web app. When I look at the data in the Attribute Table within the dashboard - I see date/time, and when I export from the attribute table widget I see date time. From what I can tell, the query widget doesn't support showing times from the queried feature service? Or am I missing something?

Thanks. I'm currently battling with making the Supports ApplyEdits With GlobalIDs to be True. Can you clarify the statement "You should not need to change the name of your image question, just add a record to the repeat once the ability to do so is enabled in the Inbox."? Brandon, I am interested in the workflow for adding images. Ultimately I don't care to be able to edit existing attachments to the survey, just be able to take and attach photos when editing the Inbox. I already have enabled attachments in my SDE. Is this as simple as creating a repeat for the photos taken? (like below) What would I use for the name to direct the attachments into the ATTACH table? Or are you saying that I will need to create a new related table that then has attachments enabled to just hold the images?

I think I have solved the issue. The Task Table I am pulling from has 200K+ records in it. When I make a small subset to play with it pulls in the data into the Inbox just fine. So I believe I need to find a way to reduce the Data source size in order to get a proper return time. OR. The Task table is too big, and the query is reading through all the returns in order to populate the inbox.
