Based on the image you shared it would seem that the segment with the bearing of N 19-29-58 W is tangent to the curve in question. 1. The radial bearing from this tangent line is simply a perpendicular bearing (90 degrees) - N 70-30-2 E 180+ N 70-30-2 E = S 70-30-2 W (you need the bearings to point away from the radius point for this calculation) S 70-30-2 W + Angle 11-1-51 ( add because the curve approaches the West axis or S 90 W). The radial bearing you want will be the opposite direction of the previous calculation or S 81-31-53-W + 180 = N 81-31-53 E (Radial Bearing) 2. The Chord bearing can be calculated by taking half the delta which is approximately 5-30-55.5 and the (radial bearing + 180) = S 70-30-2 W then add the 2 together to get S 76-0-57 W this is the radial bearing of the midpoint of the curve. The chord bearing is perpendicular (90 degrees) to this bearing which my math tells me is N 13-59-3 W. Personally I would use the radial bearing because it does not approximate like the Chord Bearing calculation does with the half angle. These figures only work if one of the lines approaching the curve is tangential. I have not found a way to calculate any bearings if both segments approaching the curve are non tangential. I am open to suggestions if anyone knows how to that.

I assume ( still trying to figure this app out because I did not write it), that the feature layer is needed for querying. Not editing per se but allow for searches. For some reason I cannot use layers from map services as they do not show up in the layer list and the widget does not work because it cannot find the layer. I'll look into the feature access for the map server, thank you for the lead.

I have been trying to work with a previously developed web app that utilizes a web map that has a feature layer. The details of this feature layer references a map server url i.e. http://gisdptdev.admin.adams.county/arcgis/rest/services/ASR/ASR_Comparables/MapServer/0 I created a new web map with updated data published as a map server even when I specify the specific layer with similar url as above the web app cannot see it. It seems that I need a feature layer but how do you create a feature layer from a map service? When I try to create a feature layer in ArcGIS online using the map server url as above I get an error saying I need to reference a feature service. My IT department says the comparables service was never a feature service or layer yet I can see it in our organization account. They cannot explain it. Any thoughts?

I have been able to use the map identifier in the Config.JSON file to move the top of the map up or down but the bottom never changes. When the app begins to load I can see where it is supposed to stop but the map always fills in to the bottom when it finishes loading. Is there something overriding the Config file parameter for the bottom attribute? This is the code I am trying in the config file "map": { "3D": false, "2D": true, "position": { "left": 0, "top": 100, "right": 0, "bottom": 100 },
