The Amazon stuff is a great option but I am really hoping for a Docker stack that I can run anywhere. It would be so great to have an ArcGIS Enterprise stack running on Docker for Windows for development.

I am using the Python API version 1.3 (I double checked) and get the following error when trying to create a Server object. import arcgis
testServer = arcgis.gis.server.Server('myserverurl', username='myusername', password='safepassword') AttributeError: module 'arcgis.gis' has no attribute 'server' Is this not how you are supposed to use it?

I was able to get this trick to work for 10.5.1 on a machine with only VS 2017. I had to change "14.0" to "15.0" and use the registry paths under C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2017\Enterprise\Common7\IDE and C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2017\Enterprise. After the sdk installed I had to copy "C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Esri" to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2017\Enterprise\MSBuild\Esri" and I removed the VS version conditions. Then to get my Addin to actually build I downloaded the 2013 shell from https://my.visualstudio.com/Downloads?q=shell and had to change the installer name vs_isoshell.exe to get it to install.

Please allow Arcpy Mapping to clone group elements. A lot of times I need to build custom tables for a map layout. It would be so much easier if I could just make one row off the page then clone it while making the table with arcpy. As it stands I have to create each element of the row off the page, then clone each element and move each one individually onto the layout. Not fun. In case you are like me and you think "This must be possible. Why would you not be able to clone a group element?", attached is a screenshot of the arcpy error I get if I try and clone a group element.

I too want to replicate a geodata service from something other than the "default working version" I see the rest end point shows the versions so it seems possible, even if it requires some code.
