Thanks, Robert I just had to comment out the onBeforeUnload function in MapManager.js and it does not save the last extent anymore.

I'm curious if anyone else is having this problem or has found a way to deal with it: When I create a new App in Developer I have to choose a web map. In the web map I have chosen to use the "Web Map's Default Extent" at app initialization. So, every time the app is initialized it should start at the web map's default extent. After I deploy the app to our server, however, this default extent preference seems to be "broken". For example, if I zoom in to the map, then I close the browser window, and then I go back to the map, it initializes at my last view. Am I missing a setting? Does anybody else have this issue? Thanks.

I have a layer that I do not want turned on when the map starts. However, I want to be able to search this layer. It's a bit confusing because if you search by this layer and it isn't turned on then the search highlights that feature, but the layer isn't turned on. Is there a way to turn on a layer on by default when you search by that layer? Robert, great work on this and all your widgets!

I've founding using grouped layers is a great way to save time since all of the layers come through as symbolized in the MXD. Anyone know if there is a way in Developer to set the grouped layers to be expanded by default? Thanks, Derrick

Mona - I am trying to do this exact same thing. I am having trouble putting the id in the correct place. <tr class="jimu-widget-row layer-row jimu-widget-row-selected" layertrnodeid="GreenCo_GIS_base_9724"> I am using "GreenCo_GIS_base_9724" as my id. I have tried many different combinations, but cannot find the right spot for it. Where would I put this id in the code? Thanks for any help! widget2Expand= this; setTimeout(function () { var layer1Table = document.querySelectorAll("[layercontenttrnodeid='id2Expand']")[0].childNodes[0].childNodes[0]; var img = document.getElementsByClassName("showLegend-image")[0]; widget2Expand.layerListView._onRowTrClick(widget2Expand.operLayerInfos._layerinfos[0], img, layer1Table.childNodes[0], layer1Table); }, 500);

Thanks, Robert. Would that explain why older apps (from a year ago) still label and work fine? Looking forward to that update, ESRI....

Is anybody else having this issues? Any solutions? Basically, when I create a web map with labels and use that as my source map for an app, it "breaks" the app (doesn't load, can't see data, etc..). When I turn off the labels in the same web map and use it as my source map it works fine. I'm seeing the same problem regardless of which web map it is. I've tried changing label styles, values, etc...
