hello all,  I have a lidar point cloud from a contractor that I want to visualize on ArcGIS Pro and the share to ArcGIS Online for my colleagues to see. I am struggling to get the correct settings to visualise the lidar in a decent way. I've combined the 6 .las files into one .lasd. First question: There are around 600,000,000 in the .lasd, ArcGIS Pro seems to be struggling with viewing the points, is this a large amount of points? My computer has 32GB of ram and all the data is local.  I have overcome this by pausing the scene and working on it like that.I have maximized the .lasd settings so its showing as many points as possible and at a high density. When I manage to publish the data as a point cloud web scene layer, it runs well in ArcGIS Online scene viewer but it seems to have 'thinned' itself. Second Question: Does it go through some optimisation when being published as a web scene?  I'm new to using ArcGIS Pro and this amount of Liar data so please be nice! Thanks, Holly.  ... View more

WMTS services are currently not supported in Collector but are supported in ArcGIS Online. The WMTS's I have tried in collected do not work which makes no sense to me as they are using an ArcGIS Online map...  ... View more

Hello, We have a shared folder that has various map templates in this format: A0_Landscape.mxd, A0_Portrait.mxd, A1_Landscape.mxd, A1_Portrait.mxd, A2_Landscape.mxd, A2_Portrait.mxd, A3_Landscape.mxd, A3_Portrait.mxd, A4_Landscape.mxd, A4_Portrait.mxd This is so colleagues can change the map size according to their needs. When we want to change the template we use the 'Change Layout'  button on the 'Layout' toolbar. However, when changing from portrait to landscape the map template shifts upwards and is no longer located in the print layout page! The image on the left below is a snipping of what happens. The template should be located in the print layout box. It also messes up the 'Page and Print Setup' box with these horizontal lines as shown below on the right.   The workaround so far is to change the page orientation first and then do the change layout. We don't think this was a problem in 10.0. I know it is not a big problem but it is bizarre and slightly annoying as we are trying to make ArcMap as user-friendly as possible to our colleagues who only use GIS infrequently. Hi, I have ArcGIS Basic 10.1 and I want to use ArcScan. This webpage suggests I should have it (http://www.esri.com/software/arcgis/extensions/arcscan) But... This webpage suggests it is only for Standard and Advanced (http://www.esriuk.com/software/arcgis/arcgis-for-desktop/extensions/productivity) I have tried using it but it is not working for me.
