ESRI support team was able to fix the issue using following steps -In the arcgisportal/content/items folder, there was a kml folder, removed that folder from folder -Ran the following workflow: 1.Stop Portal for ArcGIS service 2.Rename Content, db, and index folders inside C:/acrgisportal to to Content_old, db_old, index_old 3. Copy the Content, db and index folders from C:\arcgisportal\upgrade-backup\10.6 and place them into C:\arcgisportal 4. Clear browser cache and close browse Run the setup again -Site was successfully upgraded

Hi, I am facing an issue while upgrading ArcGIS Portal from 10.6.1 to 10.7.1. The problem is occurring when I ran the upgrade portal (trough tool available in installation directory and web interface of portal) with below error messages esri.arcgis.portal.admin.core.site.migration.MigrationException: Failed to upgrade the PostgreSQL from 9.6.8 to 10.6. esri.arcgis.portal.admin.core.site.migration.MigrationException: java.lang.Exception: Source path C:\arcgisportal\db\postmaster.pid does not exist. Note that I already checked the permission of arcgisportal folder and the account through which portal service is running has write access on it.

Is reading file geodatabase support added in python api? My requirement is to insert subset of records from fgdb to hosted feature layer is there any way to do this if fgdb is not supported yet?

I am cloning a hosted feature layer from AGOL to my portal but after running for few minutes it throws HTTPError: HTTP Error 503: Service Unavailable error , Hosted feature layer is created but it contains no data in it Below is the code which i am running in jupyter notebook from arcgis import gis def clone_servcie(): source = gis.GIS('http://www.arcgis.com/') target = gis.GIS('..............') itemsIds = ['0fa1ed423c8c46f68e39a15dc7433f53'] created_items = [] for item_id in itemsIds: item = source.content.get(item_id) print('Cloning {0}'.format(item['title'])) created_items += target.content.clone_items([item]) print(len(created_items)) clone_servcie() Is there any other way to copy hosted feature layer to my portal because i also tried AGOL assistance but browser crashes after some time. C:\arcgisserver\config-store\clusters\default.json is present but C:\arcgisserver\config-store\clusters\default\arcgisserverhostname.dat does not exist and server manager page is stuck on Upgrade step 2 of 2 : Failed. Server machine 'serverhostname' is not registered with the Site.

OK after consolidating the map its working now thanks, So the procedure was add data from feature layer(sql server) then consolidate the map then run CreateMobileMapPackage on mapx generated by consolidation map tool

As mentioned above i am using arcpy.management.CreateMobileMapPackage("MMPKMap", r"d:\test\MobileMapPackage1.mmpk") in which i am giving it map name and i do not think there is any need to provide AreaOfInterest as i already applied definition expression to layers See the example and the other links like 'consolidate map' to prepare your data. So according to this mmpk tool does not automatically copy data from database you have first export it in file geodatabase and then run this tool?

Yes it is an mmpk file, i only need to include feature layer data with symbology so i am using arcpy.management.CreateMobileMapPackage("MMPKMap", r"d:\test\MobileMapPackage1.mmpk") to create mmpk file, i even tried with gp tool Create mobile package but results were same i.e. esclaimation mark (Click to repair datasource). According to my understanding data will be copied to the mmpk file is it correct , because i think it s saving the reference?

I am creating Mobile map package through arcpy but when i open the mmpk file again in ArcGIS Pro all the layer have esclaimation mark stating that layer link is broken , i want to know if there any configuration needed for this to work properly, please note that all layer are added from sql server db

I want to fire click event of feature layer graphic even when user clicked on its label but layer click event is not firing , it is by design this way or there is some issue, i can get the label graphic on map click from _internal_LabelLayer but i cant get the graphic on which label is placed by simple way. Hard way is that i check all the feature layer graphic if label point contain in any polygon by using geometryEngine. Is there any other way? Below is the fiddle , click on the label of states to see no alert is generated. Label click - JSFiddle

I have some files which will be used in the SOE , i want to keep these files in arcgis server site location so that if arcgis server is clustered all machines have access to the location, but i cant find any api through which i can find the location of arcgis server site.
