I'm seeing the same issue 10.8.1: Interesting is the hosted ArcGIS Server has a big data store registered, but the supportsBDS is still set to false. I've checked all the SSL certificates and have all the Data Stores setup in GeoEvents Data Stores. I'm not sure how to proceed to get ArcGIS Server to change that value to true. I've also restarted all services to see if that would change. {

I'm ok if it's only Server Manager based. So I set the SupportsInterceptor to true. What do I do with hasManagerPropertiesConfigurationPane? How do I tell Manager to use that js file to create the Server Manager Properties page? Thanks

Can a SOI have a Property Page? I can see how to do one for an SOE, but I tried the same way with an SOI and it didn't work. Maybe I missing a step.

I'm looking to find the Java Configuration Tool for ArcGIS Server for Windows 10.3.1 (.Net Verion). I wrote an SOI in Java , it's running well some times and other times it is running into a Java Heap Out of Memory Issue. I want to configure the Java for more memory. I see how to do it in this github post GitHub - mraad/ExportImageSOI: ArcGIS Server Object Interceptor and MemSQL, but I can't find the tool in the ArcGIS/Server/bin. I do see it in the ArcGIS/Desktop/bin folder. I edited it there but didn't see any real change in the Memory. Thanks

I was able to resolve the issue by logging in as agsadmin, the service account running the server then attempt to access arcgisonline via browser. Turns out, in our domain, service accounts aren't configured to be able to access the internet. All I had to do was open internet options and fill in proxy information. Where was the "All I had to do was open internet options and fill in proxy information". Thanks

Any one else have an issue with the FeatureDataGrid 3.0 in Silverlight 4? We have the FeatureDataGrid set to a GraphicsLayer that we clear and populate with new "Selected Graphics". Basically a query to the server on a single layer that adds to the GraphicsLayer. The code is built in Silverlight 4 and works fine in Silverlight 5 but when ran in Silvelright 4 it gets a null value exceptions. After debugging the code it appear to be in the following line of code: FeatureDataGrid.Silverlight.cs line ~394
var enumerableGraphics = graphics.ToDataSource(fieldInfo, rangeDomainInfo, fieldProps, uniqueID, FilterSource, out objectType) as IEnumerable<object>;
the graphics.ToDataSource returns a IEnumerable but when it gets cast to IEnumberable<object> it returns null; So I fixed it with the following.
///Fixes for Silverlight 4
var enumerableGraphics = graphics.ToDataSource(fieldInfo, rangeDomainInfo, fieldProps, uniqueID, FilterSource, out objectType).AsList();

Try it without setting the b.Source. This will then use the DataContext to pull the values. You will still need to set the path in the Constructor like new Binding("Attributes.[FIELDNAME]");

Do you need to return all values or just the ones matching what is being typed in. So when the user types a new letter run a query return only the matching address.

On Custom Symbols you can implement a IJsonSerializable to create your own .toJson method. This should allow you to add your own json values to send to the print. Since the TextSymbol doesn't have a angle property there is no reason for the default toJson to have one.
