Can an ArcGIS Online Hub created in an org be shared to another Hub created in the same account? I think it would be added to a gallery in the other Hub.

If you are interested in more of a fun GIS activity, here is one based on where people would like to go after the Covid-19 pandemic ends. I borrowed heavily from the "My Favorite Color" story map. I also borrowed from Dr. Seuss. Feel to use and share. Here are the link and description: Link: Oh, The Places You Will Go Survey123 is embedded where students can identify the place they want to visit. Note: have them follow the instructions for the map marker to place it as accurately as possible. Web App - The mapped responses are displayed. It may take a few minutes for a response to pop up on the map. The web app includes the following tools: Bookmarks to zoom to specific areas A places filter tool: This allows only the selected type of place to be displayed. A state filter tool: This allows places to be displayed by the state of respondents. Map legend Dashboard displaying the following analytics: Map of responses Respondent tally. The tally adjusts for the area displayed on the map. A list of the 500 most recent responses with a map zoom-to feature. Click on the response to zoom to the location on the map. Place type pie chart. Unfortunately, the pie chart colors don’t correspond to the map legend. Move the cursor over the pie chart to see statistics. The pie chart also adjusts to the area displayed on the map.

Does anyone know how the story map treasure hunts are constructed? Is there a template available?

I've had a student use ArcGIS Assistant to copy his content from his previous school Org account to his next one (middle school to high school). I would like to see a simple way students could begin to create a portfolio of the ArcGIS Content to take with them after leaving the school system.

You can create "Showcase" accounts in your Org where student competition entries can be moved after submission to the state. Students cannot edit their entries once they are moved to the "Showcase" account. It also preserves the entries for future reference. The items won't be deleted from the Org account when students are deleted. As an admin create a new account with a username and password. Use your school email address on the account. I used the school name as the first name and Showcase as the last name for the account. Once created, you can move student entries to the account. They are still accessible as originally shared. Student names may still appear on the Item Details page, but that's not considered PII. I noticed that some of the entries from last year on the national map are already no longer accessible.

This is kind of a long range question. I'm going to be teaching ArcGIS to one group of creatively gifted students in the 7th grade. It will be a trimester course and will be considered Tech Ed. It will replace their Art class which they all love. My idea is to head towards doing story maps and letting the students use their creativity inside the confines of Story Books. Once we get past the technical map making skills I'll need some direction to take them. At this point it's completely open-ended because nobody has ever taught this before. Have any of done something similar or know of someone that I could contact for ideas?#creatively gifted
