Hello @Beth-AnneHLee !!! Thank you very much, your recommendation solves our problem. We had the config-store-connection.xml and version.json file with the previous version (10.8.1). I follow procedure described in the article and it works for me! Thank you very much!!! Best regard!!!

We also opened a support case, did some tests but we are stuck. We don't have datainteroperability installed.

Hi everyone, We have some problem after upgrade to ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 Temporally we had edited services definitions by admin page of ArcGIS Server: https://webadaptor.company.com/server/admin/services/Hosted/service_1234567890abcdefg.FeatureServer/edit Adding "s" in "respectsDaylightSaving". Now we are testing result. If there are some patch solving this, please post it. Thank you! Javier

Hello everyone, I have a problem after updating ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1 to 10.7.1. The DBA area reports many ALTER TABLE in geodatabases one week after the updated server. The queries are: ALTER TABLE DB1.sde.SDE_layers ALTER COLUMN database_name NVARCHAR (128) NOT NULL declare @ p1 int set @ p1 = NULL exec sp_prepexec @ p1 output, NULL, N'ALTER TABLE DB1.sde.SDE_layers ALTER COLUMN database_name NVARCHAR (128) NOT NULL 'select @ p1 And so on all geodatabases repetitively. It appears to be a process of adapting the structure of the GDB from one version to another. But it continues to run after a long time and no matter how many services are restarted. Has anyone had the same problem? Thank you!

Hello everyone, We have a problem after installing ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7.1 with Operation Dashboard included in Portal for ArcGIS. When we filter for a data with special characters (á, é, í, ó, ú, ñ, ©, ®, etc.) Operation Dashboard shows an error "No se puede acceder a los datos". When we analyze the request, it would seem that the url is badly encoded. We assume that it is due to a url arming error for the query. I attach print screen with comparation. Anyone having the same problem? From already thank you very much! Regards.

Dear Anastasia, Apologies for delay in response. In Exceptions, I configure all internal DNS from my company with *, for example: *.mycompany.net ; *.anotherinternaldns.ad I do this so that the requests to those internal domains do not go through the proxy. Best Regards. Javier

Hello! I have an error with Geoevent that I can not know why. This error generates Mini Dump Crash Files of 1Gb and filled the disk of the server. I had to disable the Mini Dump generation in the Server JAVA configuration with the following configuration: In the configuration file: C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Server\GeoEvent\etc\ArcGISGeoEvent.cfg I added this line: wrapper.java.additional.17 = -XX: -CreateMinidumpOnCrash Thanks to this configuration I do not have the problem of disk space but I still have the original error that I can not understand its origin: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005) at pc=0x00000000548620b8, pid=19384, tid=0x0000000000007280 Attach the file hs_err_pid PID .log with the description. Can somebody help me? From already thank you very much. Regards, Javier R. Pintos Ettlin Ciampagna S.A.

Hello ANAND, I fixed this issue adding ip address of "http://repo1.maven.org/maven2" in hosts file of windows, because my error say that don't find this repository. Another alternative is configure a proxy gateway in ArcGIS Server Account of windows. But, can you give more details about your issue??? Do you have karaf.log file??? Regard.
