I just noticed the useWindowsContainers parameter is set to true. Changing it to false fixed the issue. Thank you, Shikhar!

Probably the latter 😅

I have a attribute rule for an immediate calculation to populate sequential IDs using the arcade function NextSequenceValue() when an insert is triggered. When I try inserting a new row into the feature service's attribute table from ArcGIS Pro, I get an error that says: Add table row failed. ERROR: Unable to complete operation. Unable to perform applyEdits operation. On ArcGIS Server, the log says: Error: The field is not nullable. [inventory_a2z_id] I do not have this issue if I add a new row in the geodatabase table directly in ArcGIS Pro. Additional info: ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 ArcGIS Pro 2.7.3 Immediate Calculation Arcade Expression: return NextSequenceValue('InventoryIDs') Triggers: Insert Execution: Exclude from client evaluation is enabled (box checked)

Wow. I guess I didn't consider a tool built by Esri with a method to validate geometry using an "Esri" method would not support a spatial type developed by Esri. I appreciate the responses, George. Jason

Hi George, I updated my post with new images so hopefully those work. The OS is Ubuntu 16. The workflow is simple. When I select a feature class from the database as an Input for the Check Geometry tool, the red "X" shows up and tells me that the input is invalid because the spatial type is not an Esri Spatial Type. If the image loads then this should make more sense. The database does not have PostGIS. Thanks, Jason

I recently upgraded our SDE Enterprise Geodatabase to 10.9.0.2.7 from 10.6.x following an upgrade to our PostgreSQL database to 12.5. I upgraded the Enterprise Geodatabase using ArcGIS Pro 2.7 and had no issues with upgrading the Geodatabase. However, I've noticed some issues related to tables with geometry columns. For example, when I attempt to run the Check Geometry tool on any registered feature class, I get a validation error that says, "ERROR 003341 This operation is not supported on Esri Spatial Types". This is odd because the geometry type is an Esri Spatial Type because that's what the spatial type was before the upgrade and nothing changed other than upgrading the Geodatabase using ArcGIS Pro. I also know the database host has a valid st_geometry.so file because I was able to successfully enable a new database as a Geodatabase following the upgrade. Has anyone experienced this type of behavior? Is there a way to check what the spatial type is of a geometry column in Postgres? Thank you!

I recently upgraded to Portal 10.8.1 from 10.6.1. In 10.6.1, when I would input decimal degrees into the Search Widget of WAB, the popup would return the full coordinate that I entered and suggest an alternate coordinate if the coordinate was ambiguous, i.e., if the x/y could be flipped. The suggestions matched the coordinate format so if I entered decimal degrees then the suggestions would be in decimal degrees. In 10.8.1, the search function does not behave in the same way. Entering decimal degrees returns suggestions in DMS. The popup window also rounds up the decimal degree values so if you click the link under Did you mean?, then you're not going to the same location you searched for. See attached example of this behavior in 10.8.1. I would like the search widget to return a coordinate search in the same format the user enters, including suggestions of ambiguous coordinates in the same format without rounding the x/y values. Is there a way to return the search functionality in 10.8.1 back as it was in 10.6.1? Thanks!

Hello, I am experiencing an issue where version 2.7 of the eSearch widget's settings hang after adding it. The console log shows the following: stemapp/jimu.js/ServiceDefinitionManager.js?wab_dv=2.4 net::ERR_ABORTED Error: scriptError (init.js:36) at f (init.js:10) at HTMLScriptElement.<anonymous> (init.js:35) This is happening with the eLocate as well but I had no issue with adding PopupPanel. Any ideas?

Thanks, Doug. Nothing like that is showing up in the server log, but the portal logs throw this error: URL 'https://<widget.domain>/widgets/PopupPanel/manifest.json' is not accessible: Error. sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target.

CORS seems like the probable culprit, but I've gone through that checklist and applied the changes to the webserver and I still get the status 500 error. The widgets are hosted on an Apache webserver. Below are the relevant parts of the httpd.conf I've modified to try and follow that checklist. LoadModule mime_module modules/mod_mime.so LoadModule mime_magic_module modules/mod_mime_magic.so LoadModule headers_module modules/mod_headers.so # DocumentRoot "/usr/local/apache2/htdocs" <Directory "/usr/local/apache2/htdocs"> Require all granted Allow from all Satisfy Any Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "*" </Directory> # <IfModule mime_module> TypesConfig conf/mime.types AddType application/json .json </IfModule> # MIMEMagicFile conf/magic

I am getting the following error when I try to register a custom widget to our Portal. I don't believe the error is a result of the widget since it's one of Robert Scheitlin, GISP custom widgets. The error: Unable to load https://<portal.domain>/arcgis/sharing/proxy?https://<widget.domain>/widgets/PopupPanel/manifest.json status: 500 I can access the manifest in the browser if I go directly to https://<widget.domain>/widgets/PopupPanel/manifest.json. So I'm not sure if it's an issue with Portal or the web server hosting the widget that's causing the error.
